We collected bids from about 10 contractors to renovate the shower and WC area of the master bathroom. Andrei Lofman came to our house and gave us good ideas on how to maximize the space by removing unneeded false ceiling and opening up shower space. We liked his approach and that his bid was at least half the most expensive bid. The tile we chose for the accent wall was a deep green rectangle and we wanted the tiles set horizontally in rows side-by-side. This design requires precise measurement and placement of the tiles. The work is perfect. The grout lines are straight including the 2 edge rows of tiles cut slightly smaller to accommodate the space. Besides the excellent tile work, we appreciated the extra time, effort, and thought that Andrei put into the project. For example, I forgot to purchase a toilet roll holder and Andrei just bought one to match the towel rack and installed it without adding it to the cost of the project. The paint color were originally chose didn't look right and he repainted with a better color. As a result of his good work we have asked him to complete a deck project. I would recommend Andrei Lofman and SF2 Construction.

I used Andrei Lofman's SF2 Construction to remodel my home in Livermore. Right from the start, we were very impressed by his professionalism. We built a new bathroom, tore down the kitchen and built it from ground up, installed new hardwood floors and redid the electrical wiring throughout the house and some plumbing work. He hired quality sub-contractors who executed everything within the timeline he originally promised. We're very happy with the quality of work, commitment and professionalism from SF2 Construction.
