I contacted Allcons group when my contractor that had committed to my remodeling project last minute informed me that he is not able to start my project on time and could not promise when he could ! Allcons took the project with very short notice and finished within the projected timeline and on budget. Weekly updates on the progress were also very helpful . Thank you

I found AllCons working in my neighborhood and found their work to be of quality. I contacted them for an estimate and asked their timeline for completion assuming all finished materials and no major modifications once the remodel was agreed to.

They gave me an estimate and broke down the labor with general construction of materials, plus a general idea of the finishing cost. Note: this remodel was an empty house and, to my surprise, they completed the job on time. The labor and construction cost was spot on, excluding some of my requested modifications. My finishing cost was higher due to my own upgrades.

The working crew, led by Carlos, was fantastic. They were very conscientious to the details and worked late to get the job done on time.

Working with Shabnam was also great. She was the project lead and also has a background in interior design. I would recommend listening to her as she has a good sense of color, design, and cabinet layout. Since this is my first time, I wish I could have understood the pros and cons of the possibly changing the layout. Next time I need the wife to take over.

One thing that I did not realize was Shabnam’s team can reconfigure walls. My wish for my next project is to ask her the “what if” rather than limit myself to the walls in place.
