We needed a fairly large tree removed, and started calling around. Nobody could do the job until springtime. Not that we were in a huge hurry, but Proper Pruning emailed back right away and said they could do it within two weeks. I was away, and they handled the whole thing without me even being there. The job was done perfectly -- totally cleaned up the area, and other than the tree being gone, you couldn't even tell they had been there. Just a fantastic job, and best price quote too! Would definitely recommend!

The crew showed up precisely on time, cut down our multi trunked live oak without hurting anything underneath. I’d built a number of large fake boulders right below and was worried they could punch a hole if the dropped a 4’ wet log onto one. After I voiced my concerns they were incredibly careful and there wasn’t any damage to anything whatsoever. Very nice crew, watching them work together was like watching a ballet. It ran a couple of hundred more than what he’d estimated over the phone after seeing the photos I’d sent, but I totally understand as I hadn’t mentioned the boulders before. They rocked the job and cleaned up all the mess.

I can't say enough how appreciative I am of Chris and Joleen and their crew of Proper Pruning Service in Murphys. Chris came out in 5 ft of snow after an insane storm and lifted a huge tree off my roof with care and precision. Chris the owner was onsite and directing his crew and left the property neat and organized. Joleen was professional and quick to respond with calls and emails keeping me informed on scheduling and invoicing. This company is undoubtedly the elite tree arborist in the Murphys and Arnold surrounding area. Thank you again .
