Constraction reviews in Murrieta, California

We used Bob for very extensive landscaping in our front yard. His crew is very good at what they do and fun to interact with. Our project consisted of tree removal, grading, soil prep, water feature, irrigation, planting, BBQ Island, and lighting. To say we are ecstatic would be an understatement. We were kept informed throughout the entire process. The project came out just as we had envisioned, perfect. Along the way Bob made recommendations that were not on the original design that will make maintenance and upkeep so much easier. We wholeheartedly recommend Robert S Inman Landscaping for any project large or small.
I wish I knew how to add pictures, but I don’t, because words do not begin to describe the beautiful yard we now have.

I love the quality of work and creativity Bob Inman performs!!! He is truly talented and is highly recommended!!! Give him a call if you want your landscaping done right!! You will be glad you did!!

We had the pleasure of meeting Bob from Robert S. Inman Landscaping, and he was absolutely wonderful. Kind, knowledgeable, and a great conversationalist, he took the time to go over our project thoroughly. Unfortunately, due to our own impatience in wanting our artificial pet turf replaced immediately, we went with another company—something we regret daily. The quality and care Bob offers are unmatched, and we’ll be calling him for all future landscaping projects. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Bob, he helped us come up with a design we loved, his team did an amazing job executing that design, and every step of the way he was always making sure everything was going well and we were happy with everything.

Would definitely recommend working with him, his team does great work, quickly. We absolutely love our backyard now.

Again! Robert Inman Landscaping took care of business for me!
Bob, after 2 years of Job completion, Had one of his employees, Ernie, came over and did a revision on my lighting. Excellent experience as usual. I would recommend these guys 100%

We hired Bob Inman, owner of RSI Landscaping, to completely redo our front yard with pavers and a second driveway. We also had him update our backyard with pavers, a swimming pool, patio cover, pergola, landscaping, and lighting throughout.
Bob’s bid was very competitive, and he stayed within the agreed pricing unless we requested additional work outside the original scope. His crew was professional, punctual, and respectful—they left the worksite clean every day, and their craftsmanship was outstanding.
Throughout the project, the team remained flexible and responsive to any questions or changes we had. Bob’s extensive experience was evident; he offered great suggestions and even took us to see different product options. He regularly checked in on progress and made sure everything was on track.
Bob truly felt like part of the family by the end of the project. We 100% recommend RSI Landscaping and look forward to working with him again on future projects.

ROBERT S Inman Landscaping did an amazing job on our front yard. We did a major makeover, including pavers, artificial turf ,plants, hillside ground cover, and amazing lighting system. We updated some existing columns and stucco work that was not part of the original project but it had to be done. Bob and his crew were very flexible when it came to changes. Bob’s crew was very respectful. My wife and I would definitely recommend Bob for all of your landscaping upgrades and in our case complete renovation.

Bob Inman and his team did an absolutely fabulous job on our landscaping. We moved into a new home and the backyard was just dirt. We had some ideas of what we'd like done, and Bob created a landscape design that was exactly what we wanted. Our backyard is now a beautiful, soothing, relaxing place that we enjoy every day.

Bob and his team also thought of several ideas to make it easy to maintain and care for our new yard, and was very helpful when we wanted to change or add some elements. He and his team were always professional, courteous, respectful and friendly, and went above and beyond to help us even with needs unrelated to the landscaping project. They were on time and worked every day except during a holiday break. Bob was involved in every step of the process and paid meticulous attention to every detail. He communicated clearly and regularly to keep us updated on the scheduled work. He had firms he worked with to complete all aspects of the project including plumbing and lighting. It was a joy to watch our yard transform into the magical place we had only imagined it could become!

We couldn't be happier with the landscaping that Bob and Thomas did for our new home. From the first brief meeting they both understood our vision and executed it perfectly. They were both easy to communicate with and all work was done within the time frame promised. We highly recommend Robert S Inman Landscaping.

# Robert S Inman Landscaping: A Cut Above the Rest

After working with Robert S Inman Landscaping on my property renovation, I can confidently say they've earned every bit of their stellar reputation. From our initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident at every step.

What immediately struck me was the team's incredible work ethic. Despite challenging weather conditions and some unexpected complications with our soil composition, they arrived early each morning and worked diligently until completion. Their dedication to getting the job done right—rather than just getting it done—was refreshing in today's rushed service industry.

Communication was consistently excellent throughout the project. Robert provided regular updates, promptly answered all my questions, and always made himself available when I needed to discuss any concerns. This level of responsiveness eliminated the stress that typically accompanies home improvement projects.

One aspect I particularly appreciated was their commitment to cleanliness. At the end of each workday, the team meticulously cleaned the work area, removing debris and organizing their equipment. My property never looked like a construction zone, even during the most intensive phases of the project.

Perhaps most impressive was how faithfully they followed our agreed-upon landscape plan. Every plant, pathway, and feature was placed exactly as designed, with no corner-cutting or unexpected substitutions. The finished result matches our vision perfectly—a testament to their precision and integrity.

As for pricing, Robert S Inman Landscaping provided exceptional value. While not the cheapest option we considered, their fair and transparent pricing reflected the premium quality of their work. There were no surprise charges or hidden fees, and the final cost aligned perfectly with our initial quote.

If you're looking for landscapers who combine hard work, technical expertise, clear communication, and fair pricing, you simply can't do better than Robert S Inman Landscaping. They've transformed our outdoor space into something truly special, and they've earned my highest recommendation.

We are enjoying our gorgeous fireplace built by Bob Inman Landscape. They were wonderful to work with and did a professional and beautiful job. We have had so many compliments from guests. Please see our photos.

We had our backyard designed with Geo. He connected us with 3 contractors for bids. One contractor refused to give us a bid. The other guy refused to show up and sent us his assistant. Bob was very professional from the beginning, and we really liked him. We went with him and we do not regret it. He was almost always on the job. He guided us with this big project one step at a time. Our backyard is not finished yet. We can't wait to hire him again to finish one section at a time. Here are a few photos of the amazing job he did for us.

Bob is contractor that can get the job done! his crew is unbelievably talented and creative, they did an amazing transformation of my backyard in concert with Bella Terra Landscape Design, they took an average backyard and turned it into a resort style setting that we absolutely love❤️

I couldn’t have asked for a better job on my front yard landscaping project in my new build. Bob and his team worked diligently and efficiently paying attention to all fine details. His crew showed up ON TIME worked 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri), took their proper breaks/lunches as they should, cleaned up their entire mess everyday and most of his guys have been with him for over 20 years!! That alone says so much about this business. Bob has 40+ years experience and believe me, there’s not a detail this guy misses. I’m so over the moon with the immaculate job this company did. Just look at the before/after pics

From the moment my husband and I met Bob, the owner, we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. His genuine nature, honesty, and professionalism immediately stood out, and that first impression only grew stronger throughout the entire process.
Bob truly listened to what we wanted—he didn’t just hear us, he understood us. He worked closely with both of us to design a backyard that is warm, cozy, and incredibly inviting—exactly what we had hoped for. What we appreciated most was how Bob shared his expertise in a way that enhanced our ideas without ever taking over. He offered thoughtful suggestions and smart solutions, but always gave us the space to make the final decisions. His balance of professionalism and collaboration was spot on.
Every single member of Bob’s team was respectful, kind, and clearly experienced. They worked efficiently and with such attention to detail. Even with major work happening in both our front and backyard, the crew made sure to leave everything clean and tidy at the end of every day. That level of care and respect for our home did not go unnoticed.
Beyond the outstanding work, what truly sets Bob apart is who he is as a person. By the end of the project, Bob didn’t just feel like our landscaper—he felt like family. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in creating spaces that bring joy.
We honestly can’t say enough good things about Bob and his team. If you're looking for someone who brings skill, integrity, heart, and a personal touch to every step of the process, you won’t find anyone better. Highly recommend would be an understatement!!

Robert S. Inman Landscaping did a fabulous job with our backyard! Bob and Thomas and crew kept us informed of realistic timelines each step of the way, taking a basic concept of what we wanted, and offering suggestions to make it even better! Two raised garden veggie boxes made of redwood and, as promised, the outdoor lighting is the icing on the cake. Robert employs a skillful team of hard-working laborers who look sharp in their RSI logo shirts and always left the job site tidy before leaving each day. Top notch professional service all the way around.

Robert S. Inman Landscaping went above and beyond in helping with my son's Eagle Scout project at Michelle's Place Cancer Resource Center in Temecula. My son's project is creating an outdoor retreat area where volunteers, staff, and clients can step away from the difficult realities of cancer, take a breath, and find a moment of peace. Bob Inman and his team generously donated their time and expertise, ensuring the pavers were perfectly laid, creating a solid foundation for the rest of the project.

Michelle's Place gives all of their time, materials, and resources to their clients free of charge, so having businesses like Robert S. Inman Landscaping give back allows them to focus their time and money on those in desperate need of help. We are incredibly grateful for their generosity, professionalism, and commitment to the community. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality landscaping work!
