Cuyler and Robert did a great job. We had electrical boxes installed in 3 rooms for ceiling fans, light changes and a bathroom fan/light replaced. They were quick, covered everything and cleaned up very well when done. Most importantly, the job was a little less complicated than quoted and they adjusted the pricing to what was actually done. Very honest and great workmanship.

We've used Power Pros for years and will use them for many more years to come as needed, be it at our home or my mom-in-law's place. We can depend on them to do a variety of jobs: EV charger installs, lighting installations, and any other electrical need. They show up on time, get the job done, and never leave a mess!!! Julie on the phone is excellent and never lost patience with my story. I appreciated that and she quickly found me an appointment time the next day which I was grateful for.

Technician Experience:

I've seen a few electricians, some with an attitude problem, but this guy who showed up was excellent. Chris took time to talk, listened to my useless banter and never said a word. He took a look at what I wanted done, and got what I did not understand done! Being that I have other things I will no doubt need done, I will be requesting Chris. I trust the guy.

Final Notes:

Go with these folks as they tell it like it is and let you know right out the gate when they look at the job what it will cost. No one quotes over the phone. You called because you don't know like I did!! Talk to these folks first!!

This is my second time using them. Robert was great! He explained what was going on, etc. He did a great job. Also found a new friend.

Quote Only: Bought a new Ford Mach-E electric vehicle and got a "free home charger installation" package with purchase that includes free labor for install and free materials.. Power Pros Electric sent a quote up-charging us $600 for filling out a one page form to get a permit (total cost in Hemet CA of $195 for permit). They are actually the highest up-charge of all the estimates we have received. So sad that all the companies subcontracted by Ford are slipping in super high rates to make extra money. This quote was more than a quote from a local company without the "free install" package from Ford. I'm so upset I'm writing reviews just so customers can see what I am seeing. Makes me lose faith in people a bit.

I'm impressed. My call for help was answered quickly, the tech, Chris, came out the same day to meet my schedule, he communicated thoroughly about his arrival, researched and solved my problem, and taught me a few things along the way. Thank you! Impressive.

Trust and transparency for a service person is what I look for to work at my home to service my service needs. As there is high opportunity to be grifted. Robert provided those qualities and Power Pros fall in that category and will not trust any other electrician service as I can trust them to fix rather billing me for phantom issues.

The best burritos around truly authentic Mexican food.

Hired him to do what I thought was a simple dimmer switch replacement - turned into a much more complex diagnosis of an architectural entry lamp, disassembly, repair and reinstallation. Without him, would have taken at least another visit and this trip would have been wasted. Also, gave me some excellent guidance to resolve a solar inverter issue - will definitely rehire again!

We've had the company out before for repairs. They are excellent and very trustworthy. Jeremy, the tech, always takes his time to explain the problem and how to solve it, and not to hesitate to call the company if we just need to ask questions. We recommend them highly as excellent.

We have used Hybrid for the last 4 years. Jeremy was instrumental during our remodel which included all electrical and lighting work for our entire home. Recently he replaced an original electric panel for our home as well which included approval through the electric company, permits through the city and re-stuccoing and painting the exterior of our house. He is always on-time, does impeccable work, always communicates details on the project, and never leaves a site unfinished. We have referred him to family and friends and will continue to do so. You will not be disappointed with Hybrid Power Electric!
