Jake is absolutely amazing. He was professional, polite, informative, and gave me many options. I had an issue with my shower and kitchen sink. Not only did he show me physical proof of what was causing the issue but helped me visualize my plumbing system to understand the issue further. I had loads of questions and he was kind and knowledgeable. I would absolutely choose Gardner for the future. Please continue hiring knowledgeable and personable people.

My appointment window was a bit too long which means I had to stay home all day. However, I found Jacob to be a very knowledgeable and capable technician. After his arrival he got down to business and resolved my problem while keeping me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Jacob.
