The installation guys (Oscar, John, Simon, Anthony and Gordon) were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They did the job quickly and fully cleaned up after planting, leaving everything looking great. We'll be enjoying our trees for years to come.

We had a great experience with ordering plants and having them planted by the Murrieta Moon Valley Nursery. Tom was very helpful in planning out our yard and John did an excellent job planting and giving us advice. We will definitely return again.

Got 23 beautiful producing fruit and citrus trees from Moon Valley Nursery. Phillip helped to identify existing trees on our lot. Very knowledgeable. John, the driver, helped with tips on pruning. Highly recommend their services. Very satisfied. Would use them again.

I have been a customer of Moon Nursery in Years past, but have recently made some more recent purchases of new plants and trees for my home. The selection is great, and the person that assisted me at the Winchester location was Vincent Grano. Vincent did a great job in showing me many examples of what I could use, and was also very helpful when I made some later changes to the original purchase plan. He is a friendly person, and an asset to their sales team. As far as delivery and their, "You buy it, we plant it", it is pretty simple. Yes they do, and the team that has been over to my home twice, has been fantastic. John Montano is the planting crew manager that has come to my home twice with his crew. He and the crew have gone above and beyond in being complete in their work and leaving with the job very well down. Both times they have been on time, friendly, and very careful and professional in placing, planting and clean up. I am am overall very pleased with Moon Nursery, and the people friendly atmosphere, great personalties and professionalism they provide to the customer is well worth the time and money spent.

Purchased several fruit trees and had a wonderful experience at the Murrieta location. Tom was amazingly helpful and very knowledgable. We came in with some ideas and a budget, and he expertly guided us to making the right purchases. He was pleasant to speak with and was so sweet. Will definitely be going back to purchase again.

I don't normally give reviews but I need to give a big shout out to Simon, Anthony, and Edward of Moon Valley Nursery of Murrieta. Simon kept us well informed of their arrival time and his crew was extremely professional when planting our fruit trees. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was done and also did a thorough clean-up job after they were all planted. I highly recommend, outstanding job!

We had a lot of plants delivered today. And in addition we had to run over and purchase some more to fill in the space. Zach, Austin, Sal and John the driver were fantastic. They did excellent work, they worked with us to make sure we were happy with the plant placement. I would highly recommend going to Moon Valley nurseries.

We were looking for a Jacaranda tree to replace our willow tree that was dying. Dallin was very helpful with finding a tree that would work within our price range. We scheduled a date for delivery and the delivery team came within the designated time frame. They planted the tree and even positioned the tree in the spot the way we wanted it. The team was very friendly and willing to work with us with no argument. Oscar, who led the team, was courteous, helpful, and willing to help. Great service. Thank you!

My experience at Moon Valley Nursery in Murietta, Ca has been exceptional, all the staff is extremely friendly. John the lead for the group that came out to plant the trees at our residence was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. His crew was amazing, they got the job done very quickly cleaned up after they were done and were very polite, patient and courteous and extremely hard-working. John Montano and his guys are the best! We are absolutely thrilled with the amazingly beautiful transformation of our property! We highly recommend using Moon Valley Nursery.

SCAM!!!
To begin, we met with Tom our sales guy. He was very pleasant. We had our backyard landscapes with MVN and chose to go with their financing. Since they were offering 12 months of interest free. Same as cash. Once we received our first bill, that was not the case. We were being charged 11.99%.
So you can only imagine the mess us trying to fix that.
The installation was sloppy. They left exposed nails from trees all over my back yard. Exposed holes. Personal tools and trash. Def not worth the amount you’re paying for installation!
They had to come back also because they didn’t have all of our plants.
They broke one of our tree branches to a very expensive tree. Never tried to make that right!
Customer service is horrible. I suggest you take your time and try to find a different nursery. Sometimes convenience isn’t worth it!!!!!

I recently had 3 trees planted on 09/29/2018 and cannot say enough great things about Moon Valley and the staff. Cody started helping my husband and I back in July. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process, he was always available to answer any and all of our questions and responded in a timely manner. Plus, Cody also went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible, which we greatly appreciated. We also dealt with Andy several times and he as well was very helpful and informative. The plant day went smoother than I anticipated, they arrived within their time frame that they promised and called the day of to let me know a more narrow time frame. The crew that showed up to my house was polite and professional, and finished way faster than I expected them too given my yard was a bit of a challenge. Overall we had a great experience and will be using Moon Valley in the future.

On July 3rd I arrived at moon Valley nurseries.i had no idea of what I wanted to purchase or needed. Dylan Inman heard my concern and he took his time and provided great information including pricing and delivery,. He worked with my budget as well. Dylan was so patient with me since my English is not my strongest language. He understood Spanish very well. He helped me get a perfect delivery timeframe due to my busy schedule and help me find what I was looking for. I appreciate people like him and wish Moon Valley nurseries lots of success and more employees like him. He is the reason why I will be returning again. I recommend this nursery to all my friends and family for future purchases.

We went to Moon Valley nursery for shade trees. We did some research before going in. Louie was great. He showed us some trees and gave some pros/cons of each. Which work best in our particular climate and asked us about the size of our backyard. We have a hillside (which is where the trees will go) and asked for the angle of the slope. We ended up getting 3 trees @ 36 spec.

Big selection. Justin is wonderful. Pleasant experience.

I have turned to Moon Valley Nursery in Murrieta, CA twice now, once 4 years ago and again this Spring. In both cases the people who I interacted with, from the sales associate, to the manager to the crews (both times) who came to our home and planted these large trees were all so very personal, patient as well as professional. I highly recommend this nursery for anyone I North County Sa Diego or Riverside, CA.

I had the best experience with John and his crew from Moon Valley nursery I recommend them 100% they were professional knowledgeable, and so helpful! They did an amazing job and I got three trees and a little bush. Awesome job.!

I worked with Kris Freeman at the nursery. He was super professional and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated the time and patience that he had while working with me. He is an excellent listener who not only heard my request but also my wishes. I went there to get an avocado tree and left with the avocado that I wanted, a blue agave that I needed and a graphed apple tree that I desired because he took the time to show me around and answer all my questions. I will be back for more and will work with Kris. I also liked the way that his hard work was supported by his manager.

They have an incredible sales team here. They are great at handling your questions and getting you to sign the contract. Once they have your money the communication disappears. They give you the runaround and change delivery dates at will without any regard for your time or schedule. Their price point is not a reflection of their service.

We are so glad we to Moon Valley Nurseries. We are thoroughly pleased with the level of professionalism and customer care we received from Assistant Manager, Dallin Inman; Quality Control Manager, Jaret Dixon; along with job foreman, Antonio, and his crew.

To be honest, at first I despised Moon Valley Nurseries, because as we drove down the 15 freeway, their signs popped up all over the landscape--it seemed they were taking over all the plant world. My attitude changed in October this year when I needed a large number of Hop seed bushes to fill in areas along the perimeter of our yard. We have about 1/5th of an acre, so that was a lot for me to consider planting. I said to my husband, let's go to Moon Valley, according to their logo, "You buy it, we plant it." He nearly fell off his chair, but we made the appointment.

From the first phone conversation making the appointment to the last day of installation, communication was excellent. Dallin was consistently responsive to my calls with questions or changes in my order. Whenever there was a glitch, such as being short some plants on the first delivery day we were told up front. Eventually all purchased plants were installed in a timely manner.

We walked into our appointment with sketchy measurements, unsure of how many plants we wanted. In minutes Dallin was able to give us accurate measurements of our yard, based on an app that allowed an aerial view of the property, and helped us figure out how many plants we would need. He was upbeat and personable, easy to work with, no pressure sales, just service. It was so much easier than standing in the hot sun with my husband, holding a tape measure and arguing. I highly recommend it. Having someone totally familiar with the habitat of the plant also helped reduce stress over making agonizing decisions for the number of plants to buy.

The crew that came to install the plants were wonderful. Antonio, the foreman asked me to look over the bushes and placed them according to my request, but I was also able to lean on his knowledge. He and the crew were very pleasant to work with. I appreciate how respectful they were of our property and plants. They worked hard and in no time the installation was done, minus the few bushes. After they cleaned up and left, I was able to sit back and enjoy the new beauty to my yard. Even the neighbors commented on how good everything looked.

The directions which Moon Valley gave for preparing the planting area were extremely important and helpful for making the installation problem free. This is a must read for success.

After the job was done the foreman and I walked the property, inspecting the work, when I saw some planting wells I felt needed some more work, he had his crew take care of it.
I was really impressed with Moon Valley's directions for watering, fertilizing and plant care which Antonio left with us before taking off. These guidelines have proved quite helpful over the weeks.

Shortly after the installation date the quality assurance manager, Jaret Dixon checked with us on our satisfaction with the job. This level of customer care is impressive. Earlier Jaret had also allowed me to inspect the Hop seed bushes I was purchasing, before they left the nursery yard-- another customer care point which I appreciated.

To some, Moon Valley prices may seem expensive, but for me I realized the win with all that is included-- experienced advice, delivery, amendments, soil conditioner, digging the hole, installation, warranty, follow up care and customer satisfaction (even free Moon Juice-- not for human consumption). It is worth it! When I compare the cost of a plant from a big box store which I'd have to get home, install myself, taking weeks--along with back-ache, then adding my own purchase of soil conditioner, amendments, fertilizer etc. IT'S A WIN! Believe it or not, I now have a Moon Valley Nurseries sign in my own yard : )

If I could give more stars I would! Kris Freeman was just wonderful! He was super professional and down to earth. He gave us a tour and gave us some interesting facts about the different plants and trees that they have which I thought was awesome! My 2 year old son especially loved the tour because we got to ride on the golf cart and he got to see the dinosaurs that were placed around the area. He was very very engaging and kept up with all the question we asked and answered them professionally. I was super impressed with Moon Valley Nurseries with their service, kindness, expertise and products. I will DEFINITELY be coming back again!

My wife and I were in the market for a new pepper tree for our home as ours fell over in the last storm. We went in the Murrieta nursery and we were greeted by Robert M. who was very friendly and showed us around the property in his cart all of the different pepper trees, their sizes, age of the trees, and the cost. Robert was knowledgeable and knew a lot of information about the trees. We ended up picking a pepper tree, and also getting a semi dwarf naval orange tree and a cocktail tree. The installation team from Moon Nursery came out a week later to install all of the trees. John was the foreman for our job with a crew of three. John and his team were great in explaining what they were going to do. They were very efficient, hard working, and went the extra mile in the installation of our trees. John shared his knowledge with us about our trees, their care, etc. John and his crew even moved some of the big rocks that we had in the area to improve how they all looked together. Once they were done, we were very pleased with the outcome of how they all looked, and how clean they left our property. Thank you all again for a great experience! 😁
