Very unhappy. My oven was pitching an error code so I contacted Sears to come service. They immediately started trying to sell me a warranty plan. The amount of money they wanted to repair the oven was over half the cost of a new oven. And when I told the technician I no longer wanted service that I would just put the money towards a new oven because my oven is still working he documented incorrectly that My oven had major damage which resulted in it not working when truth is it was a part that failed. As the oven is approximately 10 years old. Will not use again it felt very deceptive.

Sears repair service is the absolute worst!! Do not use them. It took them 4 visits to repair my leaking washer. They ordered the wrong part (which I pointed out to them 30 minutes after they sent me the order). Of course when it got here it was the wrong part!!! I made them go to Ace hardware and get tubing to fix it!! They were never on time within the 4 hour window that I was given. Leroy was nice enough but seemed overwhelmed with his schedule

Tech didn't fix the problem, still having issues with my washing machine.
Washing machine unable to finish a cycle it makes a swicking noise when spinning and goes back to refill the basket with water over and over until mannually distribute the clothes.. wich may take several times.

Arturo did a fine job of diagnosing our problem, ordering needed parts, scheduling installation, and recommending a cleaning service special which we gladly purchased. We look forward to his return to install the ordered parts.

This had been the BEST service ever!! Sears has it down.

Offered earlier dates for service, although I did want to keep originally scheduled date. Tech arrived timely, was thoughful in explaining the issue.

The technician arrived without the resources to do the repair and began to argue with my husband on the what repairs need to be done versus what the vendor request them to do based on two prior visits. Very disappointed in the overall experience. A very upset customer.

Leroy and Charles did an excellent job. They both were very professional, intelligent and efficient, not to mention polite and cordial.

My technician was great. The wrong part was ordered by the previous technician. He was late and I was trying to reach customer service. You don't provide a phone number to customer service so had to hunt for that. Your phone tree is awful. It took hours to go through the phone tree to get to a live person. Needs to be improved.

It turned out to be a more complicated problem that had been "misdiagnosed". Enrique was determined to get it fixed. After many canceled service appointments I really appreciated he took the time to get it right!

Due to the need for replacement parts for our heater, we had two separate technicians over the coarse of two days; both were outstanding, keeping me updated on their progress, and then providing a complete summary upon completion.
