Ian Hall did a great job helping us design the landscaping around our house after the 2017 fire. Our property was literally a blank canvas after the disaster and he not only listened to what we wanted but came back with suggestions and design we are currently implementing. He is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend!

Ian is by far the landscape designer I prefer to work with on any project. As a Landscape Lighting Designer, I have worked with Ian over the last 20 years or so, and he consistently has fresh ideas and designs in such a way to fit the clients requirements. He is extremely knowledgeable and always demonstrates his passion and love for landscape design and working with people to bring their dreams to life. No cookie cutter designs here, believe me.

Just had our third experience with Ian at Hall Landscaping. He is great to work with. We are re landscaping our front yard. He has great ideas and was very timely with great follow thru. Good communication from both Ian and his staff. They even helped us in obtaining bids from various construction companies. Previously he designed a redo of our back yard with a bocce court that turned out fantastic. Another time I needed some plans done for the business I worked for and was under a time constraint in getting the work done. One of his employees worked on the project over the weekend and I was able to submit the plans that Monday morning. They really save me! Can’t recommend them enough! Thanks Ian!

His contacts (contractors) all flaked. They either never called back or purposely over-bid the job because they weren't interested in it. Mind you, we spent $25k on plants and ground cover.

Lead us to believe his contractors were "top-notch" and would come through during the consultation. I paid him in full.

When we decided to remove our swimming pool and redesign our backyard, we had our own ideas and planned to undertake this on our own. However, after not reaching an agreement on various designs as well as the scope of work, we decided to hire a professional. Hall Landscaping Design was our choice.

What we enjoyed most about Ian, was his ability to create a personalized living space with functionality. He was incredibly flexible, patient, and able to play with our ideas to give us multiple options to choose from. Along with using water conscious and native plants, Ian knows where each type of plant will thrive as well as create privacy to our surroundings. Ultimately, he delivered a phenomenal product that was detailed with everything a landscape contractor would need. Once the design process was complete, his team helped get us in contact with reputable contractors for the bidding process in our area. Definitely consider Hall Landscape Design!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Hall Landscape Design on a complete redesign of our backyard, I could not be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was a joy.

Ian is a great listener and understood what we were looking for from the get go. From the initial consultation to the final design (which took a couple versions because we changed our minds mid-course) but Ian was great to work with and had tremendous patience with us. He took our ideas and wish list and came up with a design that had what we wanted and elements that we hadn’t even considered.

Throughout the project, communication was exceptional. Ian and his team kept us informed every step of the way. Everyone we worked with was professional and responsive.

Designer Jason Gorski stayed with me from beginning to end. He was incredibly responsive and creative. He was honest about what would and would not work on my steep hill side. Three years later I still love my yard.
