I highly recommend this company! I called several repair places, everyone told me something different I was even told to replace my 8 year old AC and one guy even told me to replace the furnace! Ulises showed me pictures of what needed to be done, explain things to me that I could understand. He ordered my part and install within a day. I will tell everyone I know to use this company very honest and reasonable, they cleaned the work area like they were never there. I will not use anyone else!

Ulises came by to check our AC unit on holiday with a same day appointment when we couldn’t find anyone available. He was on time, nice and gave us a detailed explanation of the possible problem. We are go grateful to have found a reliable and knowledgeable person to help with our AC maintenance.

Ulises was referred to me from another a/c contractor I use who was unable to service my a/c because he was recovering from an injury. Ulises came out to the house and was courteous and polite when he entered. He explained his plan for the diagnostic and inspected my a/c. When he discovered the problem he explained what would need to be replaced and an approximate cost. Ulises said he prefers to use original manufacturer parts because they're better suited for the machine if the manufacturer made it, versus a one-size-fits-most universal type part that may be cheaper. That made sense and I agreed that he should try to track down the part if he was able. He told me someone at his office would contact me once they could locate the part and confirm the price. A few hours later I was called by Vanessa and she gave me a price quote and asked if I would like them to do the work. I said yes and she said they would order the part and be in touch about installation.

Unfortunately Ulises got sick the next day so our install had to be delayed through the weekend. However he was reachable by text and we were able to schedule it for a Monday. He came to the house and replaced the part and then tested the a/c. Thank goodness it was finally back on!! He was very polite. When the service was done he gave me an air freshener and some business cards. If I needed service on my a/c again I would for sure give them a call!

Global warming is REAL! Don't believe me? Ask Ulises. There's a lot of AC guys out there, but what he has is experience! Between the warming summers and broken AC's all around the SD area, he's as busy as ever. If you call and don't get an answer right away, be patient, he will call you back. And trust me it's worth the wait. I had another crew come out to my business and other guys will try to "fix" it by selling you all new units. Ulises will actually trouble shoot and fix the problem. Other crew wanted to change everything which would've been thousands of dollars. He was able to trouble shoot the problem, buy some parts and did it for $230. A true professional. Highly recommended and I found an AC guy for my business.

This is a fantastic business. Ulises picked up the phone and patiently answered all of my queries. They were prompt, courteous and with a high level of professionalism. I didn't need to acquire any more quotes because the price was so competitive. The job entailed moving my equipment from one side of my house to the other. Everything was properly connected, and my device is doing just as well, if not better, than it was previously.
