This is the worst most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. After weeks of rescheduled appointments because of their poor communication they arrived to my house before 2:00pm to replace the water heater , and we received a call shorty after 5:20pm that they were unable to replace it . He was at my home in the garage and decided to leave and then call us to tell us he didn’t fix it ! Instead of coming back inside to speak to us as a respectful professional he left like a coward . He not only didn’t replace the water heater he cut the pipes so now we have no running water. I have 3 small children with absolutely no running water. I’m not even able to boil water to heat for a bath because of him. This is absolutely absurd and extremely unprofessional. Update: Now going on day 3 of no running water this company is claiming that they can’t replace our pipes with CPVC and can only use copper and our water heater is not up to code , they quoted me $1,100 to fix the problem they caused. My home warranty won’t pay for this because nothing regarding the pipes or water heater not being up to code was in the initial inspection done on 11/12. I spoke with the manager Andrea and she was no help. How as a mother can you do this to someone else’s family ? This company and the people who work here are shady, disgusting, immoral liars. I do not recommend using them for any service.

The only positive thing we experienced with this company was getting our plumbing leak claim approved with our insurance company. Overall communication and customer service is terrible. Constant battle with everything. Also watch out for the pricing because it is very high. First chance we got we went with another company(Olympia Services) and didn’t look back. Try anyone else but these guys or learn the hard way.

Juan was a consummate professional and made sure the job got done correctly. Had a leaky faucet and a backed up drain line that he repaired, no problem. Would highly recommend 1st Response to anyone for your plumbing issues.

Juan just left my home. I was very pleased with his handling of the job. He interfaced with my home warranty company, replaced one worn out toilet that was not working properly and completely changed out parts of another toilet that was leaking. He was on time, a quick and neat worker and was very cheerful throughout the whole process. A+

2 days later Problem was not fixed correctly and is causing worst damage. Supposedly he replaced with a new garbage disposal but it is worst than before. Avoid this company. I am unable to use my sink because water is coming up. Worker was here less than 15 minutes.. I should have known he did a poor job after he was only here for less than 15 minutes

I got a technician with a character that has a bad attitude and I really wouldn't like to be helped by him again. His name is Mauricio. I waited a long time for them to fix my problem. He didn't even want to close the door. He wanted me to call the city so they could send someone to close it. He called his office and they told him to do it himself. He went to buy parts that he needed and he didn't pay attention to let us know that he was going out. He left the door next door open and the garage door as well. I had to call the company to find out if he was going to come back.

After 1 month and 2 plumbers making excuses not to do work Charles came with no hesitation. He was quick, clean, explained everything and got the job done . I was so happy he was able to resolve my clogged pipe line. I can’t thank him enough, he gave me hope there are still good people with good work ethic.

The plumber was cordial, professional and thorough. He fixed the problem and just as important the way he communicated with my 88 yr old mother is greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙏🏼
