Constraction reviews in Newark, California

Daniel and team were professional, responsive and very patient. My city decided to block off the street during the construction, for some tree trimming, so there was a long multi-week pause, and Vaqueros accommodated.

I had roof/balcony rot repair performed, and it was all quality work.

We have worked with Daniel several times over the last 18 months on projects all around our house, the largest of which involved a new bathroom and kitchen remodel. He is extremely responsive, good at communicating what is and isn't possible, how long something will take, and what's involved. He and his team are friendly and reliable and we will not hesitate to call on them again!

Vaqueros Construction did an amazing job remodeling my bathroom. From start to finish it was an easy process. The team was very professional and super clean. The team did a great job following my request and gave me their professional advice. Overall, this was a great experience and would hire them again.

I hired Vaqueros Construction to do a small kitchen remodel but I do not regret it at all. Daniel the owner was very helpful and responsive. We had a tight budget and Daniel made sure we stayed within the budget.

When Daniel first came to initial meeting, he made sure to explain his process of how he would handle the project. He helped walk us thru the entire process and made sure we understood what to expect.

What made us pick Vaqueros Construction was that Daniel really took the time in the initial meeting to go over many details that other Contractors didn’t. Daniel explained to us that our Sub Panel needed to be upgraded in order to meet the city’s code. Daniel explained that all of our appliances needed to be dedicated which no other contractor pointed this out or even mentioned it. Our old panel didn’t have room for the new wiring. This would have been a change order after the project started if we had gone with another company.

We are truly happy and glad we went with Daniel and Vaqueros Construction! We highly recommend working with Vaqueros Construction!

Update: Our water heater broke down and called Vaqueros Construction to see if they could help. They updated my water heater to a tankless water heater.

I hired Vaqueros Construction for full kitchen remodeling. They finished the job in only three weeks, on schedule and on the budget. They are trustworthy and dependable. I will certainly hire them again for other improvements in my house.

I recently had Vaqueros Construction remodel my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Daniel and his team did an exceptional job, showcasing their expertise and attention to detail. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the new bathroom looks fantastic. I highly recommend Vaqueros Construction for anyone seeking a professional and reliable remodeling team. Thank you, Daniel and team, for a job well done!

Vaqueros construction delivers in all fields: time, professionalism, quality, and completion. Daniel and his crew walk you through every step before, during, and after the project. Our kitchen was in its original 1950’s state, never been updated and Daniel was able to turn it into the kitchen of our dreams, we’re now thinking of what is next to remodel!

One of the most reliable construction companies, I did the full remount of my kitchen and bathroom and the quality of work for both of them was the top of the notch.

Eric and his team helped with a minor remodel for part of my home. I was happy with the work they did and felt the pricing was fair.

Eric fixed the Sheetrock for one of my bedrooms, painted the whole room and replaced stairs outside of the house. He was professional, on time , good communicator and at reasonable price. I would hire him again.

Loona Construction installed a hardwood stairs for us. It was not an easy job, every single stair was of a different length and had to be adjusted for the shape of our walls.

We are extremely happy with their punctuality and quality! Project was done on time, with the level of quality that we desired, and they recommended some improvements on top of that.

They also helped us to procure the materials and consulted us about the nuances of different kinds.
