Horrible Customer Service! Do not waste your time!

I’ve been in property management for several years now & have managed many different properties, Alan Electric is my go to! Alan’s work, & the work of his staff is top tier. I can’t recommend him enough. They are always on time, find the issues right away & explain to me in detail every step they are undertaking, whilst ensuring that the work was of the highest order. Always delighted with the results! The office hasn’t failed to send their customers a Christmas card every single year! Just received mine! Thank you Alan Electric!

Most pathetic and irresponsible store.
My blind installation was taken up by there vendor for measurement and installation.

First they screwed up the window size measurement and after reorder and asking for exedetite, the store doesn't even respond to calls.

It seems there vendor is cheating or doing something fishy.. or i can't really understand why they will do mistakes like reversing the width with length for one of the windows out of 4 windows in a row in one room.

Very bad customer service. takes 30-40 mins to connect to someone in the store.

Be careful when you order here.

I want to commend Kassandra for both her professional and personal help in ordering blinds for my home. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in discussing options and processing the final order and installation. She answered very detailed questions and offered great advice. I was really impressed with her expertise and also her kind and friendly manner. I left feeling that there was a responsible agent backing my order and that she very much cared about the quality of my experience.
