Astrid cleaned my home today. As always, she pays meticulous attention to every last detail. I am always so happy to have her in my home!

Not a good experience at all

Charged me $436 for deep cleaning for a small 2 bed and 2 bath and didn’t even do a standard cleaning job

1. Didn’t dust or wipe bedroom side tables and the dresser + mirror

2. Didn’t dust the living room area at all

3. Master bathroom sink had old marks of toothpaste that were missed (not sure if they even washed the sink or just did a quick wipe)

4. Vacuum was not done right, still found little pieces of small Halloween candy on the floor

Kitchen area wasn’t wiped properly, a lot of things that are covered in standard cleaning were missed.

I was excited to book them after reading their reviews here, but the experience wasn’t good at all. We tipped the workers very well afterwards too so it was extremely disappointing to see how the job wasn’t done right

Had Heimi today, great job! Super attentive to detail and very personable. I hope to have her assigned to me again in future cleaning appointments.

Astrid was amazing!! She was efficient, on time, nice, and respectful my valuables. I highly recommend her! My oven and kitchen has never been so clean. She also made a beautiful flower for my too!

Very professional service. quick response and turn around of authentic rugs. Cleaned and restored an expensive rug to an it's almost original state.

Sent my rugs out to be cleaned cuz I was moving. When I open them up to lay them out they were still dirty. There were several areas on my 11x7 ft rug that we're about 1 in wide that weren't clean. I sprayed some resolve rug spray and gave them a little scrubbing with a sponge and they came up. Not happy with the results.

Tech was super responsive and clear from the start on pricing and expectations. He was even running a special! He and his team showed up exactly on time. They wore masks and had corner guards and towels to protect our newly painted walls and hardwood floors. He oversaw everything and made sure the team got every spot. Would definitely hire them again!

I called ABC decorative rugs to clean my carpets. The cleaner Max noticed my Persian rug and said they can repair it to its original condition for $5000 for shopping and repair. They took my rug and money in August of 2022. For three years I have been texting and calling them and either get no response or they tell me its in India and they are going soon to pick it up. Ive sent a demand letter asking for my money and rug be returned. Ive been ignored. This is nothing but theft and fraud!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RISHI AND MAX.

Don’t usually leave reviews but if I have to save someone else from the bad experience it would be worth my time. Don’t trust this company with your rugs. My rugs came back worse and destroyed. I should have known there was an issue when I was being pressured to pay the balance days after the rugs were picked up. My white rug came back brown and my other wool rug looked like it was bleached and discolored.

Pls do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
