Wonderful experience. The lock on our front loading GE washer failed. At first looked like could be a DIY repair of the locking part. But realized could be some other problem. Called Airtex and had at technician (Sunny) working on the problem within a couple of hours. And it turned out the issue was more complicated. Everything was handled and fixed in the most professional way possible. Highly recommend.

I had a issue getting my oven door put back together after cleaning the glass. I randomly found these guys online and decided to give them a call. They came out within 3 hours of calling them and they knocked out the job quickly with a fair and honest price. I will definitely consider using them again in future if I have any issues with my appliances.

He analyzed the issue I had with my dishwasher, gave me a clear explanation of what needed to be repaired and when completed showed me what was done. Rarely do I bother to post a review; however, it was reviews already posted that I chanced a call late on Friday. The response was sincere and caring and the work was scheduled for early the next morning. Sunny, the technician, called in advance of his arrival, and he diagnosed problem and performed the work with expertise and courtesy, including wearing booties when he entered. Also, their being a business here in Thousand Oaks really made the experience even better.

Technician came in on time for an error message on my LG fridge. He was courteous but unable to communicate in English and had to use some translator app on his phone and have me read off his screen (not too big of a deal). He confirmed my own diagnosis. However, the proposed estimate was OUTRAGEOUS, at around $500-$600, for changing a freezer evaporator fan motor. The part was only $25 on Amazon or ($100 straight from LG). Testing and replacing the part took me no more than 20 minutes using a voltmeter and a screwdriver only. The fridge has been working perfectly since. I don't know how you can justify charging $400-$500 for such a short and easy repair with no special tools needed. I ended up paying his $75 initial service fee.

Andrei was prompt and thorough. He quickly identifies the problem and patiently troubleshot the ice dispenser system. A part had to be ordered and when it arrived he quickly installed. He also identified another problem and when I declined to proceed he was courteous and professional. I will use them again if the need arises.

My oven broke and I called them in a panic, they got me in the same day and Sunny, who came to fix it, was so thorough and helpful. He found the problem and fixed it in under an hour. I highly recommend this company if you need an appliance fixed. I will for sure be using them again!
