Completely ,beyond professional, and I couldn't ask for a more courtious,or a nicer plumber then the wonderful kind man (his name was BOB PHILLIPS, FROM HUMMIN PLUMBING) I honestly cannot say anymore kind things about BOB PHILLIPS, and HIS COMPANY,- HUMMIN PLUMBING. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH HUMMIN PLUMBING FOR BEING NOT ONLY ON TIME, BUT FOR BEING SO EXTREMELY CLEAN AS YOU WERE WORKING&ALSO SO COURTEOUS AS ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER. I ALSO VERY MUCH APPRECIATED NOT GETTING SCREWED OVER REGARDING WHAT I WAS CHARGED. I HAVE HAD OTHER "SO CALLED" PLUMBERS" AT MY HOME IN LAKE SHERWOOD,& UNFORTUNATELY THEY LEFT IT SO DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY,I WOULD GIVE THAT COMPANY A ZERO! WOULD YOU WANT DIRTY FOOTSTEPS FROM WHERE THEY WERE WORKING AS THEY JUST BASICALLY WERE DRAGGING THEIR TOOLS BACK TO THEIR TRUÇK? HUMMIN PLUMBING NOT ONLY LAID DOWN PROTECTIVE COVERING FOR THE ENTIRE AREAS THEY WERE GOING TO BE WORKING IN,BUT MR . PHILLIPS "THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY,ACTUALLY SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. WHEN I TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD AND DO THE WORK, HE DID IT QUICKLY & HE SHOWED ME THE BROKEN PART.SO AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, HUMMIN PLUMBING IS THE PLACE TO CALL IF YOU NEED PLUMBING WORK. I HAD EVEN LOOKED THIS COMPANY UP &FOUND OUT THAT HE DOES MANY VERY WEALTHY PEOPLE. MR . PHILLIPS DID NOT HAVE TO TELL ME,I LOOKED IT UP. LIKE THOSE KARDASHIANS &I'VE HEARD FROM MY OWN FAMOUS NEIGHBORS THAT HUMMIN PLUMBING DOES EVERY OUNCE OF THEIR PLUMBING PROBLEMS TOO!! SO,AS YOU CAN TELL,I'M A DEFINITE FAN OF HUMMIN PLUMBING TOO!!

Jose saved me money with some food advice and then at the end of the day the card machine wasn't working or my card didn't have any room, I don't know, and I asked where there was an atm and he said "don't worry about it, catch me next time. We're about to close" And even printed me out a receipt for my client. I caught him before he left and offered an extra $20 and he made me take it back. Good guy. Good place.

Very helpful and they have everything that you need

Been a customer of Ferguson's in Simi, TO, and now Newbury Park for a few years now and they have always been helpful with questions. Reasonable prices and pretty all the essentials are in stock. If you're a DIYer I recommend doing a little research on the terminologies of the plumbing issue and the materials involved before asking for advice.

Scott, the manager of this supply house, runs the best supply house I have ever bought from. This is the most well stocked store I ever seen in plumbing. Tony, Mike and Angel work so hard to make you satisfied. They should get ten stars. The whole team is the best in the industry.

Tom is the most reasonable and trusting plumber in the whole 805. Be aware of the large companies with tons of AI reviews.

Did a great job on a slab leak. Repiped the hot water line and insulated it too. Best price in town and I called a lot of plumbers. Honest

We have used Waite Brothers a few times. My first experience was due to our (newly remolded) shower taking too long and too much water to get hot. Three other plumbers wanted to re-pipe for several thousand dollars. Waite Brothers plumber made an adjustment on the newly installed (by another contractor) faucet and that took care of the problem.

Reliable. Nice guys. Knowledgeable. Reasonable prices. Family business that shows they really care.

They done many, many jobs at our home.
1. Move our water heater from inside our home to our garage.
2. Addressed pipe leaks in the slab a few times. Rerouted pipes through the walls.
3. Replaced disposal units (for myself and at my mother's condo).
4. Worked on my mother's agining water heater giving it a few more years.
5. Replace many outdoor spigots and fixtures when needed, one which included some welding.
6. There are sooo many times we've used them for so many reasons, I can't even list all the repairs they've made for us.

A review mentioned they were late, but when a tradesman arrives at a home for a repair, they may need to extend their visit due to the need to complete a task and cannot leave the client's home with an unfished repair.

On 11/14/23 I broke a water valve while replacing my washing machine. I needed it fixed within the next few hours. I called a few people from Google and Tom with Waite Brothers Plumbing answered but was hesitant to come out. He said he would prefer to come out first thing in the morning. I said I'd check around with 24hrs companies first. I explained the situation and he gave me an estimate over the phone in case he did have to come out. I kept calling from the list on Google and I submitted a yelp request with the option that I needed it done within the next couple of hours. I received several messages from: Byron from All N' One Plumbing, Javier from Chuy's Plumbing, Frank from Pro Quality Plumbing, Branden & Angela from Conejo Valley Heating & Air Plumbing & Rooter, Armando from Fix It Quick Plumbing. All wasting my time when I clearly stated I needed it done that night. I finally got through to someone at Most Valuable Plumber and they said they'd send someone over now with a charge of $150. After an hour that person showed up to then quote me 5 times what Tom at Waite Brothers quoted. I called Tom back and he said he would be right over. Tom said he's proud to be the most honest plumber around. He fixed it, point ed out some other issues I needed to get addressed at a later time, and taught me never start a project when the professionals are closed. Something I'll never forget. He also had stories about major price gouging and how it keeps getting worse. It's pathetic our government doesn't stop this. Especially to the elderly. It's also sad that review sites are paid to take bad reviews down. If you have found this review, congratulations, you have found an honest plumber. BTW, my next review will be a 1 start for Most Valuable Plumber. Both on this site and Yelps. We will see how long those reviews stay up.
