I would never call the people again. POOR JOB!

I wanted to highly recommend this service Rosa sent over a person to clean and it was the best job I've ever seen done I will be working with them weekly!

These ladies were AMAZING!!!! I called last minute and they were able to get me in the day before Thanksgiving! They came through my house, quick like a cleaning tornado leaving behind a clean and sparkling home! They were pleasant and friendly, their prices unbelievable, and my house looks sooo good! It exceeded what I could have possibly imagined.

I paid for a deep clean, and I requested to have monthly visits after first deep clean. The deep cleaning was terrible! The counters and walls were left dirty, and dust all over the blinds and in the window sills. I called and complained, so Rosa sent one girl out to finish the job. She only wiped down the wall above the kitchen sink. Whatever she used on her rag smelled like vomit. I'm assuming that was payback for my complaint. Also, she wiped the dusty blinds and sills, but she left all the dust on my carpet and furniture. I received no apology or follow-up regarding continuing service. If Rosa and her associates did not want to clean up my small 2 bedroom apartment, all she did was have to say so.

I had the ladies for the first time last week. They did a wonderful job. They worked well together and were very efficient. . They followed all instructions. The house looked wonderful when they were finished. I have now scheduled weekly cleanings with these 2 ladies. Thanks for a great job....Linda Wolf

I got a hold of this company and went through a bunch of text messages with the co-owner Isabell trying to get something scheduled and working out pricing. She was very slow and did not understand in the beginning but then we came to an agreement and scheduled for Saturday. On that said Saturday I texted the company myself to confirm 30 minutes before my scheduled cleaning. Somebody called me back non Chalant to tell me that They don’t have anybody who can clean today they only have one person when I was supposed to have four people. They did not sound remorseful nor did they care For their mistake. Do not recommend! Find somebody professional and reliable

Good service, trained staff, experienced company

Non professional. He is using old tools for pool cleaning and damage pool plaster. Also didn’t speak and understand English.
Don’t take him as a pool service guy at all!
