Home Builder reviews in Newport Beach, California

They are amazing!! Definitely would recommended them!

He is a top notch builder in OC. I always try to see his latest build and dream.... I enjoy seeing some of the best quality in the business.

Always enjoy collaborating with Tom and the Nicholson team. Nicholson Companies brings quality and craftsmanship to their Corona del Mar homes.

Contacted builder by email and phone a few times. Left messages with no returned calls. this builder is constructing a home near my residence and it’s nearly impossible to get a response from them.
I wouldn’t recommend using them if you want a stress free life.

Love your designs! So unique and pro. I run MesonArt — would be thrilled to collaborate!

I’ve had the privilege of working with Tom Nicholson for the past 9 years. Great professional team, beautiful luxury homes and high quality workmanship. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a luxury home. Thank you Nicholson Companies for a great partnership!

Just a great home builder to work with - I so enjoy the creative process. Watching clients come in with all their needs and desires in their dream home and enjoying the build process as it evolves. Tom Nicholson is a master at solving problems or design needs very creatively. His team is incredible from the designers to all support staff, including a Client Concierge. Their homes stand the test of time and are beautifully built. Can't say enough how much I enjoy working with Tom and his stellar Team!
