Can’t say enough good things about the cleaning service or the level of professionalism that Neat and Clean provides.

Kaylie is trustworthy (that is the number one thing on my list), punctual, she is very responsive to texts, and sets up appointments promptly. She also uses green products and is always recommending eco-friendly new product to my wife and myself (which I greatly appreciate).

We hired Kaylie and Neat & Clean because they were the most reasonable for a green clean we could find and were pleasantly surprised that she and her team were always happy, smiling and in a good mood while working fast and getting a good job done.

She always shows up on time and has good systems in place for reminders, rescheduling if needed and payments. We also really appreciate that she will do sheets, laundry and other chores if needed. We feel very comfortable having her in our home and I'm sure you will too.

I can't say enough good things about Neat & Clean and Kaylie. She's been cleaning our home for over a year now and she's always extremely professional and punctual. She is unique in the fact that she comes up with different cleaning techniques if the current one is not working well. For example, our shower tile and doors had hard water stains on them and she tried a few different techniques until she found one that worked the best. In addition, she is beyond friendly and kind hearted. I truly can't say enough about her and her service - I strongly recommend Neat & Clean.
