The long wait for my dirty old HVAC duct cleaning service finally ended when I scheduled an appointment with Pristine Flow. The two Vietnamese American owners of Pristine Flow arranged my service appointment without delay. The two young professionals Eric and Cam arrived to start their work immediately after their arrival.

The duct cleaning process involved using powerful air blasts to remove massive amounts of small dust particles which then spread throughout my home. The duct cleaning process created a temporary deterioration of my home's indoor air quality which I found unpleasant. The presence of numerous tiny dust particles in my ducts during the cleaning process made me uncomfortable because they now attempt to enter my lungs.

The duct cleaning service they performed should reduce indoor dust levels in the future although I am not pleased about the large number of tiny dust particles that now exist in my home. PS No one left a thank-you note.
