If I could give a higher rating than 5 out of 5 stars, I would. They sent one of there guys the owner out to the home. He did an amazing job. Not only this but he taught me somethings too. People like the owner make this country great. Really really great!

The plumber did a great job. I woke up this am to a ceiling leaking. I called at 7 am and the plumber was here before 9am. Did a great job and cleaned up after the work was done. This is not the first time we have used tcp and it won't be the last.

The owner at this company was able to quickly diagnose the situation and formulate a repair plan. He works fast and doesnt waste time. He took the time to lay down protective tarps to control the mess and left the area clean. I would 100% recomend this company and use his services again!

They were fair in their pricing (I thought they should have charged more) and you could tell they really knew what they were doing. I called them up and they immediately gave me a quote for $800 LESS than the other companies I called. Same equipment, same service, and they were able to show up the next day and replace my busted water heater. The crew came out and were super cool and texted me throughout the process. Whole thing was done in about two hours with little to no interruption of the water at home. I HIGHLY recommend using them for your HVAC and water heater needs. Prompt, affordable, and professional!!!

We needed a toilet replaced at our house and my wife suggested this company as she had them out to do a water heater repair at our manufacturing facility. I called and the girl on the phone was very nice and she set an appointment for the next afternoon. They showed up on time (although i was taking a nap and they almost left) and completed the install in a timely maner. The techs were very professional and accommodating. They walked into a bathroom that was a mess and after they left you couldn't tell anything happened. The price was very reasonable. The tech was communicative and ammicable as to how to keep upstairs drains clear. good information. Very pleased. Thanks.

This company Did an amazing job repairing my father’s AC unit. Their customer service is amazing, The tech was Very helpful finding a time that worked with my father’s schedule. The repairmen, and Yang were punctual, friendly, conscientious, and very knowledgeable. They Were very thorough and explained everything in detail so that we understood what needed to be repaired and why. Before leaving they thanked us for our patronage and cleaned up after themselves. I made sure to grab business cards as we will definitely be using their services again! We highly recommend this company for AC and plumbing needs!

A plumber I can count on. The plumber is doing all the kitchen and bathroom plumbing for my remodel, and he is always been on time and super efficient. The plumber knows all the codes and gives me tips on passing the building inspection. His work is very neat and clean, too. And on top of all that, the plumber is a very nice, genuine person.

Called Roto Rooter because our water heater was leaking. Service man named John came out about an hour after initial phone call. Gave us a reasonable quote and installed the water heater the next morning.
