Chill Factor came to do Maintenance to my AC, They were on time and very professional. They took their time to check the unit and left everything very clean and organized. They took pictures and explained everything very clearly

Truly best customer service and affordable prices. My mother's house had an issue with the AC where we couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start. I reached out to Chill Factor Cooling & heating and they were able to send someone out right away to asses the issue. There was an issue with the wiring but they were able to fix it the same day. My mom called me right after Alex and his team left to tell me how happy she was with the work and how respectful and nice the workers were, to which they reminded her of family. I’ve waited a week to review, because I believe in honest reviews! My air has never worked better, I’ve lived here 17 yrs and never have I ever been cold in my home during summer until now. (Thermostat set 71 now 73-74). I literally feel the air flowing in every room! Chill Factor did an amazing job, their staff is super friendly and kept everything very clean. Alex explained everything that was going on with my old unit and even the process to install the new unit and what the cost was upfront.
