I would not hesitate to recommend Regina Plumbing. The pilot light on my Rheem hot water heater would not stay on. I called Regina Plumbing and was able to quickly schedule one of their technicians to come to our house. He quickly checked out the water heater, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new thermocouple. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional, and I was completely satisfied with his work. We recently had some leaking problems with our hallway bathroom toilet in our condo. Our friend recommended Regina Plumbing. So I called them and they were very prompt. They replaced the toilet bowl wax rings in our two bathrooms, and we had to have the water shut off in our building for them to replace the toilet bowl valves. So they came back promptly the next week, and replaced the valves in both bathrooms. They were very professional and I am very pleased with their work. My only issue is for 3 1/2 hours of work, the price was $904. To me, as a senior citizen with social security as our only income, that was a bit too expensive. I do highly recommend their work for those people that can afford them.

Jeanine got back to me in about an hour after I called, and Elmer (and helper) came out the same day, cleaned the sewer of tree roots, cleaned the backed up toilets and tub, and charged us only for one hour. Couldn’t ask for better.

Regina plumbing came to place our toilets after we replaced flooring in two bathrooms. Additionally, there was a problem with one of the toilet toilets and they repaired it on the spot. I’d highly recommend them.
