They do a great job! Most polite guys you would ever want to meet.

A tree fell on my mother's home during a rainstorm the day after Christmas of 2021. Almost 1/3 of the house was smashed with branches poking through the ceiling. I called multiple companies and left messages with no response, and more bad weather was on its way.

Hughes Tree Service received my message and called back immediately. I explained the situation. David understood the emergency and within 10 minutes of my call he and Dwayne were at my mothers house. They quickly got a plan together, got the tree off my moms roof and covered the holes with plastic tarp. They finished about 30 minutes before another bout of rain began to fall.

These guys came out, during a cold, wet day, during the most cherished holiday weekend of our nation and really came through for my mom. I will always remember the good they did for my family. These are professional, stand up guys that saw someone was in trouble and showed up to help.

Any time I ever need tree service in North Fork CA, they will always get my business. These guys earned a lifelong customer.

I called on Ed because we were pleased with the work he did in replacing a water heater a couple of years ago. Ed couldn’t keep the initial appointment because another job took longer than expected - so we rescheduled. He arrived within the window he asked for and spent about 40 minutes evaluating the work. He couldn’t give me an estimate then because he had to price some of the parts needed. His is assistant would personally deliver a written estimate within two days. (Ed doesn’t do e-mail or text.)

End of story!

I never heard back from him.

Jeff and Ishtar are awesome to work with. Jeff came by and fixed a microwave vent and a gas dryer for us, as well as snake a shower drain. They found time in their busy schedule and took care of us right away. We were happy to pay for it - having these things working right away was so critical and they really came through. Highly recommend!
