THE benchmark for customer service
Mark Sanders, owner of A Five Star Heating and Air, installed both of our Trane AC units over 10 years ago. He provided excellent customer service then and still does today. Last Friday, during a heat wave, one of our units stopped working. I called Mark and LMTC. I received his call back at 9:30pm. He had just finished a 16 hour day but wanted to get back to me the same day. He said he could fit me in the next day. To me, this rapid response was totally unexpected. You can’t get a AC company to even respond to you during a heat wave for a couple of days. Mark arrived in the late afternoon and remembered doing the first install. He diagnosed the current problem as a failed capacitor and a burned out motor. He had all the parts on his truck and did the install. He is very knowledgeable guy and a pleasure to work with. Don’t waste your time looking for another AC company. Mark Sanders and A Five Star Heating and Air is the best there is. You won’t be disappointed. -

Mark is absolutely fantastic! We have used A Five Star twice at our home and I just had him replace a bad board on my elderly Mother’s HVAC unit. Super responsive, respectful and informative. Outstanding customer service from Mark and Bert! Many thanks!
