Paid an emergency fee for a sewer clean out that was supposed to have a 30 day warranty. However when it started to back up less than 3 days later I was told they didn’t have anyone to send for 2 days leaving us unable to use any plumbing. However if I was do another ‘emergency call’ they’d be available that night and would be charged again. Don’t recommend using them unless you literally have no other option!!

Eze arrived early and was very professional . They did a great job in explaining what they did. Great customer service. When I made the appointment they had everything in stock and were able to come the next day to replace the hot water heater.

Extremely prompt and professional! All pricing was up front, no surprises. I made the appointment same day. Within two hours of making the appointment, technicians were at my home, diagnosed and fixed the problem! Excellent service.
