I really dislike writing any bad review but I had to voice my concerns over the very poor treatment from this company. A little over a week ago we had an appointment scheduled in the afternoon. I waited and no one came or called. When I called them they said they called me but I did not answer. I did not get a call! We rescheduled for the following day. No one came, no one called. I left a message on their phone. No one returned my call. I called again and left messages the following week and no one called me back to this day. I even told them that I have gone through at least 5 electricians through the years and was very much looking forward to having this one repair all electrical issues in my house, not a very small job. I selected this company because of the excellent reviews. This was very disappointing and I will go back to my most recent electrician!

Wow so glad to have called Shok Electric !! Was scheduled to come diagnose & fix my power to a room the next day after a phone call . Was right on time with no delay & was very friendly an professional . Price was super affordable and fair . Got my problem tooken care of & fixed in no time ! (: couldn't possibly be any happier with the outstanding service recieved from Shok Eletric and Raul . Thank yall so much . would call again for any future work & recommend to anyone needing professional help with Electric work to make sure and call Shok Eletric !.

Shok Electric is a great company Raul, David, and his team did an excellent job to upgrade my current 100 Amps electric panel to the 200 Amps electric panel. Their price is fair and their quality is a five star (*****) quality. This is what they did for me as a home owner 1: took care of my permit issue with the city and passed the inspection the 1st time since they did everything professionally. 2. Willing to work with me based on my budget and quote me a reasonable price. 3. Label every breaker switch with Professional label maker 4. Fully tested all the electric outlets after all the jobs were completed 5: install electric car charges outlet per my requested. We started with 30 Amps breaker and I asked to change it to 50 Amps breaker. No question asked with the same price. 6. Minimum interruption to the home owner . They worked with city and city inspector. They usually notify me ahead of the time if they need to access my garage for example. 7: they wore mask and extra shoe protection when coming inside my house 8. They are polite and willing to take time to explain it to me if I have any questions or concerns. 9. Invoice and receipt are clearly written. I paid only 10% to start the job and then paid in full after inspection. Great people to work with. I usually do all my own home works prior to hiring any company for a major project. I felt like I can work with them, trust them and I am sure their quality will always be great/excellent . Raul has over 20+ years of experience in this area of industry. I will highly recommend Shok electric, Azusa to anyone who is looking for a professional installation. I will for sure use them again on my next electric related project. Best regard, Norman
