I found this company while searching for a plumber near me, and I’m really glad I did. From the first call, the team was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. The plumber arrived on time, took the time to explain the issue, and fixed everything quickly without making it complicated. I had an issue related to my water heater, and they checked everything thoroughly to make sure it was running properly. It’s hard to find a plumber who is both knowledgeable and honest, but these guys were great. If you ever need an emergency plumber or just a reliable plumber in general, I would definitely recommend them. Great service and a very positive experience overall.

Terrible! Not only they didn’t fix the plumbing issue but damaged it more. And to make it worse damaged the gas pipe so that the whole community almost exploded making LA fire department and Haz Mat arrive on the scene! Absolutely unprofessional, uneducated and incompetent workers. If you want to stay alive, don’t ever use their services

Steve came within 15mins of my panicked call to the company. He was very nice and polite, even wiping his boots before coming into the house. He assessed the clog and gave me two options and didn't try to up-sell when I opted for the cheaper option first. He was done within 10 mins of starting. I would definitely call this company again if the need ever arises.

Friday, 4pm on a holiday weekend and EZ Plumbing has someone out asap. The man who came out was Jaimie and he was amazing. He identified the source of the problem, knew what had to happen, retrieved the necessary part, again, it was rush hour traffic on a holiday weekend. Not only did he make the repair he cleaned up the area and it looked like nothing had ever happened.

A valve in our bathtub broke and nothing but hot water was coming out. The water pressure was also messed up. EZ Plumbing was able to fix the valve and get the water pressure back to normal relatively quickly. The estimated price they gave was honored even after project completion.

Technician Jose was so thorough and paid attention to detail. He explained exactly what he was going to do. He is the kindest, knowledgeable and most professional technician. Jose is an asset to EZ plumbing. I had to step out for a few minutes and felt completely comfortable leaving him alone in my home. I was vey pleased with his service. Thank you.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and they don't know what they are doing! Bear with me - there's a lot to say about this company! This plumber was contracted by our home warranty to replace our water heater. We had the gas company come out the day before because we had a gas leak from the water heater and they turned the gas valve off and shut off the pilot light. Two days after the gas company was here and the day after the tech came to check out the water heater, we smelled gas again, my husband checked the water heater and the tech left the gas valve open and pilot light on! We have a 4 month old son, that is soooooo dangerous for so many reasons! The service tech from EZ Plumbing that left the gas valve open and leaking threw cigarette butts down in our driveway right in front of us!

We asked to get a quote on a tankless system and another "specialist" (aka sales guy) came out. He gave us a quote with lots of "ifs" - if the gas line isn't big enough, if the water hoses need to be moved...he didn't know what he was doing clearly to give us an accurate quote. After he gave us a quote, he said we had to make a decision that night because the price wouldn't be the same tomorrow. That was super fishy because it's not like the amount of work changed overnight! We decided to just replace it with the same setup and not go tankless. They then told us that we had to install another $400 part that was manufacturer required, but not covered by the home warranty and it would take 2-5 business days to replace a simple 40 gallon water heater! EZ Plumbing was clearly trying to take advantage of us! We called home warranty, cashed out and went with a trustworthy and efficient plumber who came out and installed a new water heater the same day.

The workers are unreliable and irresponsible. I called to make a complaint about one of their workers who came to my house and started ruthlessly yell at me. He was supposed to fix my kitchen sink that I am still unable to use because of various reasons. Then, he began to blame me for his own mistakes in front of my neighbors and finally left. So I did what any person would do. I called the company and a girl name Michelle picked up. I started to state my concern when she all of a sudden started to yell at me. I was only trying to reason with her until she hung up on me. I felt very displeased by their behavior. A few minutes later, the company manager, Mike Mesropian, called me and started to tell me everything I was doing wrong. I tried to ask for his and Michelle's full name, but he refused which is very disrespectful on his part. Any company manager is obligated to give out their full name because it should be company policy. They never apologized for their cruel behavior and seemed to have justified their disrespectful conduct. Never use this company for your own good.
