I called multiple places when my AC died just before a long holiday weekend, as I had a toddler and was concerned about their comfort at night. Lions was one of the few that answered promptly, and they were the only ones who could send someone out on the same day.
The technician, Tech, contacted me to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty part. They did a great job, which I really appreciated considering my toddler's situation.
What impressed me most was how considerate they were about my household habits - we don't wear shoes indoors, but Tech took care to cover his boots without being asked, showing a thoughtful touch that often isn't expected from service workers.
