Do NOT use this company - went though AHS and, as many have noted here, it’s a complete wash. They came out (on time) but immediately (barely looked at anything)said my water tank was ineligible for the AHS warranty. Broad brush stroke reasons why - but regardless, they could do the job for 3x the cost of others.

Bear Plumbing robbed us!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They stole over $3000 from us for a simple repair and they refused to acknowledge the fact that they are thieves. They are dishonest and they took advantage of us. This company needs to be shut down! NEVER USE THEM-EVER!

They totally lied about the cause of an issue in order to void our home warranty. What they told us and what they told our home warranty were completely different stories — not only did they void our home warranty with their fake claim but they then tried to up-sell their services. Look elsewhere.
