Hi - I guess I needed to look up a fact and that got me out of the review. Technicians were great as usual. They said the leakage was because I needed a new septic pump out. But the last one was 11/2024. And it had been leaking for a while. What is the normal schedule? Maybe something's wro0ng, maybe not. Bit if I start having leaks again within months after pump out, I will call again for service.

They came almost 45 min late and we were the first appointment of the day. This was after rescheduling from previous day since they didn’t have a plumber available to dispatch. The dispatch fee quoted was pretty low -$68 but the quote to replace the kitchen faucet was $754. So we did pass on it and decided to wait for a week until our usual plumber returned from vacation. Maybe this is the going rate but seemed pretty steep.
