Wack company. Man who answers the phone has a bad attitude. Someone came out to look at my fridge and left. Save your money and spend it with a better company !

So I put my job on yelp asking for an appliance technician to repair my washing machine. Quickly I received texts from several repair services and I settled on am/pm appliance repair in Northridge. We texted back and fourth and set an appointment for noon the following day. The next morning I actually received a phone call from The tech, Boris, who said he could be here earlier which was awesome. He showed up as promised, I showed him the machine and explained my problem with it. He went to work looking for the issue which he found pretty quickly. He actually explained to me that the machine was badly broken and it would cost more to repair my current machine than it would cost to buy a new machine. Finally, I found Boris to be very professional and honest, not a high pressure sales job at all. I can’t recommend these guys enough.
