Worked with DPT Construction recently on a veterinary clinic. I highly recommend David and Dory. They know construction and how to execute (which seems to be hard to find these days). The only change orders received were for unforeseen circumstances or changes requested by us. Punch items at the end were minimal and promptly addressed. Will be working with them again on many other projects.

David delivered our project - a veterinary hospital - on time, under budget & beautifully executed. He helped us from start to finish! His input on the architectural plans was key, but he also helped pick the finishes! His subs did a great job at a fair price. We are extremely happy with his services.

I had the pleasure of working with Dory and his brother to remodel my veterinary hospital, which had very old bones and infrastructure. They completely transformed the space and gave it a clean, modern facelift while still respecting the integrity of the building.

Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent. They managed subcontractors, permitting, and all of the behind-the-scenes logistics smoothly and professionally, which made what could have been a stressful project genuinely enjoyable.

David and his crew are nothing short of amazing. He finished ahead of schedule AND under budget, as the three hospitals who referred me to him said he would. David likes fast decision-making (often his suggestions save money) and does not sit around. I love our new animal hospital, our team's workflow is so much better, and the clients have had great responses to it. I referred him to a friend and would do so unhesitatingly for anyone who asks. It also helps that David is really nice and easy to work with. During our remodel, he was around all the time, and it was easy to reach him. 10 stars!

DPT Construction were fantastic to work with. They built the YMF Center for Music and Creative Technologies, our new facility in Historic South Central. Dory and team handled all aspects of the project, from speccing and installing all new electric and HVAC, to construction of classrooms and studios. Their work was excellent, communication was great and they dealt with City Planning, Fire and Safety effectively and proactively. The project was completed on time and on budget. Highly reccommended.
