It’s always a pleasure to work with the professionals at Conditioned Aire. Victor keeps our air conditioning and heating systems in tip top shape. Mylene, in the office, is always a treasure to talk with. Seems there is no job too big, small, or complicated for them to handle from the monster system at my parents two story mid-century modern to my small one story house to our daughter’s itty bitty condo. They’ve kept three generations of our family safe and comfortable!!

I love Brett, Myleen, Brian, and all of Brett’s staff. I have been satisfied with conditioned air for more than 15 years. Excellent quality of work, honest, professional, and excellent customer service . I recommend this company to everyone. Thank you Brett and staff!

I have used Conditioned Aire for 12 years or more and they are simply the best. Very service oriented and professional — they stand behind their work. The technicians are always so kind. Conditioned Aire is fantastic and I will never use anyone else for our HVAC needs. They are honest, professional and have very reasonable, competitive pricing. We were selling our home and had a pre-listing inspection done which showed everything fine with our HVAC system. However, once in escrow, the Buyer's did an inspection and one of the furnaces was not working. Brett with Conditioned Aire came out, re-inspected the whole system, found it was just a loose wire and fixed the issue (and one other item, too, I might add) for no additional charge from what we paid for the original inspection. They really went above and beyond for us and I can't recommend them enough!

4 Reasons why I highly recommend Conditioned Aire:
1) We have an old house and we’re adamant about preserving the original architecture. 4 other companies told us “It’ll be very difficult, but don’t worry, we’ll take care of everything” when we asked for specifics of how they were going to approach installation. Bryan from Conditioned Aire was the only one to thoroughly inspect during the estimate visit and then answer intelligently exactly how they would approach the extremely tricky issues we had. They weren’t the cheapest estimate, but choosing them proved to be the best thing we did.
2) Jojo managed the job and was obviously knowledgeable with decades of experience. Again, we had so many challenges and he tackled them cooly and quickly. Nothing phased him. Not once was there ever talk of charging more money for unexpected issues.
3) Hilario and Paulo joined Bryan and that crew worked hard! They were always polite and professional. One of my pet peeves is crews that are sloppy with cleanup after a long day at work. These guys were meticulous about minimizing the amount of disruption and leaving the home completely cleaned up after every day of work.
4) Founder Brett Hoffner came personally to inspect things when it was complete and went above and beyond the call of duty dealing with city inspectors. I see other reviews about Brett emphasize integrity and honesty. I heartily agree. Best contractors we’ve ever used.

Our Air Conditioning broke down completely while it was over 100 degrees. The staff did what they needed to do for getting me an appointment the same day. Brett showed up and was able to get us back and running. Highly recommend them.

Conditioned Aire is fantastic! They consistently reach out to schedule our twice-yearly maintenance, and their flexibility makes it easy to arrange service quickly—often as soon as the next day. They’ve been taking care of our AC units for nearly 30 years, and they serviced my parents’ system long before that. Their pricing is unbeatable. Victor, in particular, is always a pleasure—friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. It's clear he takes pride in his work.

HONESTY! Front and center... I literally had another company (who gave me a 1-3pm window and came at 4pm with no call!)... come the day before and tried to tell me it was a $385 part with a $195 labor cost... when the fix was a $10 fuse + general house call fee... Conditioned Aire came at 2pm on the dot (with a 2-4pm window), professional, courteous, called me 15 mins prior to give me an update, and was upfront and completely honest about the repair! 100,000% would recommend to ANYONE out there who needs HVAC service or repairs!!! I'm telling my friends, you tell yours!! :) T thank you!

Overcharged $200 for $25 capacitor.

Unscrupulous, charged an extra $200 for a $25 capacitor.

Called these guys out to my mother in laws house she is 91 so I help her, she had water running on to her carpet, conditioned Aire came out and wrote her an estimate for $9200.00 saying her unit was shot and needed replacing, I got a second opinion and they came out unplugged the condensate drain line and charged us$105.00 total and its worked great ever since, I called conditioned air to tell the owner and never got back to me RIPOFF you decide?? WATCH OUT!!

I called for an estimate. A nice man came over and looked at my old system. Said he'd get back to me. Two weeks and several phone calls to the office got no response. Guess he didn't want to do the job. It was a lie. I'd be cautious about using this business.

Replaced a simple capacitor to fix AC, but charged me $228 for a $30 capacitor. then said they had to take the box and old part for disposal because it had oil in it and was required of them.
Installed part is Titan HD PRCFD6075A which is $25-35 anywhere and they told me it was $228. Plus $128 for 30 minutes of labor. Owner's response is inadequate.

My father has been a customer of Conditioned Aire for more than a decade and purchased two AC units with additional service plans through this company. He's only had nothing but great things to say about Conditioned Aire, so when it was time to evaluate my condo's AC unit, naturally he referred me to this company, as well as the employee he requests for service, Jojo.
Full transparency: Jojo was quick to accomodate us when our unit broke, but I was appalled to find that he was charging us $675 to only replace a capacitor. He spent about 20 minutes max looking at our unit, and when we asked where his numbers for the invoice came from, he replied, "It's complicated." My husband and I were immediately taken aback by this callous and unprofessional answer. I looked at the invoice, and even if you doubled his rate of $163/hr to include more than enough travel time, added the $45 capacitor (as listed on the invoice), you still couldn't come up with that figure. He then asked, "Well, how much you want to pay?" I was stunned. He eventually lowered the invoice price to $475, which was pretty awful considering we found a similar capacitor online for $20. What more, he blatantly book advantage of us in front of my parents (customers that he already knew) who were visiting our newborn. My father discussed this incident and his disappointment with Conditioner Aire's manager/owner, Brett, who said he would follow up with my father. It's been over three months and we still haven't heard anything. This was such a disheartening experience that left me with not only a huge, unwarranted expense, but also the feeling of being duped and taken advantage of by someone we trusted.
