Fred was OUTSTANDING! He looked at the physical structure of our home’s plumbing from multiple angles and locations. He quickly identified the most efficient plan of attack while simultaneously informing me of all the options and contingency plans.

He single-handily solved our problem in an hour what another company could not solve in 2 visits with a cumulative 3 hours and 5 people.

Tim did a great job on our outdoor drains.

I threw my car keys down the toilet ( what are the chances of this) he was able to take off toilet and retrieve and put new calking around toilet! He also came to car to make sure battery in faub worked!!! Excellent worker

I called Roto-Rooter for help just before noon.
Tina made an appointment for late afternoon on the same day.
Nick arrived on time.
Diagnosed the drain problem, and had the drain cleared within an hour. And made sure that everything was left totally clean.
A good man who knows his stuff.

We had a complex, long (60'), sewer replacement in a public place which required coordination with the users (a school) and Jarrod and his Team were diligent and courteous in getting the job done.
