My families home ac failed in 106 degree heat. I made a call to Martin family hvac and within 24hrs he was at my home and had our a/c unit repaired and working @ a very affordable cost. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, promptness, and willingness to help on such short notice.. I would definitely use and recommend them again.

Will was great. A/C unit stopped functioning in the morning and I tried a couple of options including scheduling an urgent repair through my HW insurance to no avail. I checked Google for other repair services and found Martin Family HVAC. I am glad that Will was able to come in the PM on such a short notice and replace the compressor capacitor and fuses. The A/C unit is working again. Happy (and cool) customer here!!!

I called the Martin Family HVAC to go and check out an issue on my parents HVAC system, Will came out immediately and trouble shot the unit, made a repair so it would work for a few more days until the new Unit came in, which worked out great. It was cold out and they saved the day. The new unit install was great, the old one was poorly installed, so thanks to Will & Cindy, I am worry free about my Parents HVAC this Summer.

Martin Family HVAC is excellent. It has been getting quite cold overnight and one night it got really chilly since our heating system didn't kick on like it normally would. I was referred to Martin Family HVAC by a friend. I am all for supporting small business so I gave them a call. They were able to come out quickly and take a look and even get it fixed so that my family and I wouldn't freeze that night. I will definitely be calling them again for any of my future HVAC needs.

My parents HVAC system was completely outdated, after being referred to Cindy. A tech was dispatched to their house and gave us a free estimate and layout was performed to show us how to improve the duct work giving them better performance. Duct work was upgraded and a new A/C unit and furnace was installed. My parents house used to cool in hours but now it’s only a matter of minutes. They gave us a great deal compared to a lot of lucrative quotes we received. We are extremely happy they were referred to us. Would highly recommend!!!

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air two days ago and we saw that the Martin Family just moved into our community of Nuevo. I reached out to Will in need of a quick fix because Nuevo gets very hot as we get closer to the summer months. I called Will this morning around 9am and he was at our home as he promised at 3:30pm (same day). He quickly diagnose our AC issue and within 10 - 15 mins we had cold air flowing again.

I located this company, first by researching Rheem/Ruud HVAC systems, since that's what we had. Then I searched Google Maps for the address and what reviews were on Google.
I contacted about 7 other companies, including "Costco referral". I received 9+/- estimates. Some were pretty high and a couple that seemed too low. Low bidders will cut corners to make a bigger profit.
Seemed the "high" bidders are the ones with dedicated "sales agent" with a lot of overhead expenses, that YOU pay for.

The self-employed, owner/operator that has their own name as the company name, really cares about customer satisfaction. IMO

The communication we had with text, phone and emails was so superior than other companies.

Will and his team at Martin Family HVAC just completed a Complete AC replacement at our home ! They were professional, kind, efficient and went over and above what we were expecting ! They fixed a lot of duct work that was previously placed incorrectly and really helped us understand the whole process. Very reasonably priced and knowledgeable ! I would highly recommend this company !

Will and his team are easily the best hvac contractor I’ve ever worked with. They were very thorough, detailed and extremely communicative to my family. Will was very professional and prompt. I bought my house with a broken furnace for over two years. I learned that that was way too long to deal with a broken heater. Will was able to get the issue dealt with the first time, but then the heater stopped working again. Will came back and found the issue and fixed it immediately without charging it since it was missed the first time. The cost to repair it the first time is fair, and I appreciate Will's hard work and dedication to customer service to make sure that the furnace was fixed. Will is also honest which can be hard to come by these days.

When you get Martin Family HVAC, you are getting quality customer service. Don't wait 2 years like I did!

Martin Family HVAC came out on Labor Day weekend and replaced the entire unit. Their prices are reasonable and the service provided far exceeded my expectations. I will recommend them to family and friends. My family is very appreciative of their willingness to help us out.

What a great company & awesome job they did for us! We needed to completely overhaul & replace our entire HVAC system (it was original to our house, early 1980s), including vents, duct work & the unit itself. Will came out to discuss what we had in mind with my husband. After just a couple phone calls to discuss some upgrades we wanted to our venting system, including adding additional vents where there weren’t any before, upsizing the duct work & moving the heater to our attic space to free up closet space where the old heater was it was installation day. The day of install Will showed up with a team of guys to get the job done in one day. One day! Everyone on the team was friendly & polite. We really can’t recommend Martin Family HVAC enough for their expertise & value!

If I could give more stars out I would…. Excellent company to do business with…. Will is the most honest, knowledgeable professional person I had the pleasure to meet and install my AC /Furnace…. We called Martin Family HVAC from a referral by our good neighbor. Our system went down on Friday late afternoon at the start of the 4th of this 4th of July weekend. I was hoping to set up a service call for the following week. Will answered his phone, asked me some system questions and quickly surmised what the problem was. He asked me if he could come by that evening to check it and encouraged me that he was familiar with this system could service it pretty quickly. I was amazed at his willingness to come over that night considering it was a holiday weekend. He showed up that evening on time, serviced the system quickly, and our air was running within 15 minutes of his arrival! It turned out we had a bad capacitor which He brought with him based on our original conversation and He replaced it! The pricing was also fair & reasonable. You couldn’t ask for better service. We highly recommend Martin Family HVAC! I love it when a technical service provider comes to my home, cares about it like his own, knows what He’s doing, and remedies the problem quickly at a fair price! As a disabled veteran, having air-conditioning in the hot summer is crucial to my health! Thank you Will!

All I can say is wow!!! I called Martin Family HVAC late yesterday and asked if you can check our system, expecting that would be in the morning, and he came last night with the part needed based on what I told them about what our AC was doing. He had it fixed using an American made high quality part in less than 15 minutes from when he arrived! This company cares about its customers! I highly recommend them!
