Milo and his team are quick and efficient! There was a leak during a remodel from an upstairs bathroom to the kitchen below. They were quick to remove the drywall, analyze the damage, dry out the framing and perform moisture testing before the wall was closed up.

APCS did an amazing job. If you have water damage to your house, they can handle everything from A to Z. Emilio worked directly with the insurance company and he doubled the amount of coverage my insurance carrier initially approved. He works with homeowners insurance companies all the time and knows how to talk their lingo. And Eric did an awesome job repairing water damage to our house and fixing everything in the house. Eric is everything you would want from customer service - he is polite, smart, knows what can and cannot be done, responsive, and just a good guy. Best part was they never nickel and dime you. They did a lot of extra little things around the house just to help us out.

My family had a party to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday. To make a long story short, we let a few guest use the restroom upstairs. I knew the toilet flooded that night but we dried everything and continued on with our life. A day later we saw that there was a wet spot on the ceiling in our kitchen.
