I called this morning and someone was out here by afternoon. David Pena was very knowledgeable and efficient to the needs of my a/c unit…my unit is old, but he adjusted it to work for a little bit longer…will definitely call Oak Hills again!

Dustin Wood was the service provider who responded to my home to fix a pipe that burst on the connector from the city services leading in to my property. He was on time, actually early, professional and thorough. I will definitely use their services again.

The only plumbers in the area to respond to my request for urgent help on backed-up plumbing system over the Christmas weekend. Very friendly and helpful Holly in reception, Bob Forester was the excellent technician who diagnosed a full septic tank and recommended having it pumped. His diagnosis was absolutely correct! Thank you Bob.

Bob forester was the best plumber we have had in five years. He was knowledgeable and quick with replacing our tankless hot water heater. I will call in the future and request Bob again for sure!

These guys are awesome! Needed an emergency service done and they came out to give a FREE estimate the same day. They gave us a very fair price for the repair and came back the next day to complete it. They accidentally overcharged us, but once I notified them of the mistake, they mailed a check to us immediately and it was received in less than a week.

The service with this company was excellent. Their office called to tell that they were able to come a day earlier than my original appointment and David Peña did an awesome job fixing my furnace. This company has definitely exceeded my expectations and I’ll be referring them to friends and family from now on!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Oak Hills Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning for a full HVAC replacement in my home, and I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with their service. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect!

This company has been amazing throughout the entire process of fixing our broken heater in my new mobile home. David and Agustin were friendly, prompt, and communicated everything with me. It was a relief that they were completely transparent and the costs were exactly as quoted.

I would highly recommend them as a quality company. I will definitely continue using them for future services.

UPDATE as of 4/15/2021: I was told that my air conditioner would be fixed twice during my initial visits. The day of the service, I asked about the air conditioner and was told they couldn’t fix it. This was as the gentlemen were cleaning up for the day. I asked for quotes to repair the air and the water heater, still fully intending on working with the company. I assumed I may have misunderstood what the previous person had stated.

I later called the company and asked for the initial staff member who told me the air would be fixed to call me. Regrettably, I never heard from the gentleman I asked for a callback from. It’s been over a week and I was promised a callback by the next morning. I even have days between since I know they’re extremely busy and I didn’t want to inconvenience them.

I had another person come out to quote the cost to fix the AC. However, I learned that my coil had been completely cut from my unit. The air worked the year prior. So now I will have a higher cost to have someone fix it. I was quoted roughly $2,800 to fix the heater and air. The cost isn’t the issue and I appreciate their help when my family needed heat. I saved for months to fix them both.

As a woman, I felt that I was deceived because I don’t have expertise with the units. I even said I can sign but I don’t know if it’s actually completed.

What I will say is I’m disappointed. I didn’t hear back from the person I asked to speak to, did not receive quotes as promised, and did not get my air fixed. I worked hard to save for both to be fixed and now I’ll have to save again to get my air fixed. My children’s father passed away and finances have been tough.

What I will now say in hindsight is that this company was nice, but get everything in writing. Also, women, I strongly recommend you have a second opinion so you’re not confused about what is being said versus the work being done.

I’m extremely sad. I was so excited to have both done and tried to fix it the correct way. I just don’t want other women to experience this.

Ari was the first person I talked to and understood that we needed our AC fixed fast due to my husband having MS.

Youlyn Beech came for a maintenance call, he was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions and informed us of the code changes and what was needed updating now. Also the changes that are coming in and for heating and air. He was polite and made suggestions without pressure. It surprises us that he could finish the job today since he was able to find the parts needed in the shop. We are very happy to have found this company and we will keep them for our Heating and Air needs

Oak Hills Plumbing has the best, most efficient and dependable plumbers in the area. They provide fantastic plumbing services and helpful customer service, all at a great price and with great care. I trust them to have the customer’s best interests in mind. I’ve worked with a lot of other plumbing companies in the high desert and these guys are the best by far. I am so thankful for their help! They helped us resolve an ongoing water filtration issue that 3 other companies were unable to fix. On another occasion they helped us quickly fix a leak and helped us resolve a hot water issue. These guys are so kind and knowledgeable, and I 100% recommend them to others who are looking for their go-to plumbers.

I called out this company to repair my heating unit. My heater wouldn't turn on. When the technicians arrived they immediately went to my thermostat and saw that there was nothing broken but simply operator error. They could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but instead they showed that they were men with integrity. They have earned a customer for life. I will recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors!

Luis Sisneros did a great job replacing our shower fixture and connected pipes. He also helped us hunt down an exterior leak so we could get the water company engaged.

Dustin was amazing. I made multiple trips to home depot for a simple fix until we gave up. It was a friday night at 7pm but Oak hills plumbing answered quickly and he was out here at 8am on a Saturday (nice since we had to shut the water off last night). He figured out the problem and had it fixed quickly.

David Peña was very professional, helpful, and personable. He answered all of my questions patiently, diagnosed the problem quickly, and completed the repairs quickly. Knowing that my A/C system is aging and will eventually need to be replaced, at my request, he also offered suggestions to help me plan for my future needs so that when the time comes, I will be prepared. I am very pleased with the level of service that I received and will definitely use Oak Hills Plumbing again.

I would like to thank Austin. For replacing a part on my HVAC and fixing my issue on short notice. My AC went out on 4th of July, during a heat wave. And literally the following day Austin came out to take a look at my unit. I appreciate that greatly. As I have 3 children and one a new born. We initially thought the part would take 4 or 5 days to order and receive. I was pleasantly surprised when Austin called me back. And told me he will come the following morning, with the part. And replace it immediately. Which is exactly what he did today, at 8 am in the morning. I couldn’t believe how quickly he got everything done. And at a fair price. I can’t thank Austin and Oak Hills plumbing enough. For their professionalism and speedy assistance. I would highly recommend to everyone in my area.
