Loved my experience with GNK. Yanir was so transparent and detail oriented! 5 star company. My new ADU is already rented out.

GNK helped me do a gut renovation with an addition to the back and a 2nd story addition. Very honest and professional company; they were fully transparent and informative about the process from A-Z and also got the job done faster than I anticipated. Highly recommend!

I was told building a new house could be a head ache. Lucky for me, I was connected with GNK. Yanir made my new construction build smooth and stress free. He was attentive and patient with all my questions, which I had a lot when building a 4,568 sqft home. I enjoyed my experience with GNK and already recommended Yanir to my family and friends!

Gil & Yanir made the process of remodeling easier than I could have ever imagined. The entire GNK team are all very friendly, responsive and professional. Gil kept me involved throughout every step of the process and was very organized, making working with him and his team easy. Thanks again!

Worked with GNK construction on a new roof for an ADU they where doing and they use the best material and they assured the warranties where met , these guys are your go to for all your ADU needs in the Los Angeles area .

I worked with GNK on the new construction of my home after it was lost in the fires. Yanir and his team made the entire process a positive experience, and the finished home turned out even better than I could have imagined. They were not only skilled and professional, but also compassionate, understanding how emotionally difficult this was for us. They turned a challenging time into a memorable and uplifting experience.

We had a great experience working with Gil and GNK. Communication was always clear, and I felt like I knew what was going on with the project every step of the way. They stuck to our budget and timeline, and even when we made some last-minute changes, they figured out solutions that kept things moving. I’d definitely recommend talking to them if you’re considering a build.

We hired GNK Construction to design and build our new home after interviewing many other contractors. What stood out was how they actually listened to what we wanted instead of pushing their own agenda. The design team helped us bring our ideas to life, and the build process was smoother than we expected. The end result feels like our home, not just another project for them.
