Galaxy was top notch with a recent major leak. They were engaged from the start, even coming out to the home late at night to provide guidance when needed. They were experienced and spent time talking with us on each stage of the process working with two water leaks in the wall.

My family and I have been using them for years, both for plumbing and hvac. They really care about doing a good job and helping you with your problem. One time, instead of charging me for a part, they suggested I call the manufacturer because it should be under warranty (saved me $250!).

I had a very pleasant and smooth experience working with Galaxy on relocating our water heater. They were on time for the scheduled appointment. A few things that really stood out to me was that they were very communicative, prompt, and professional during their appointment. I had a mystery leak in one of my bathrooms and had a non-Galaxy plumber and a leak detection service come out to find the source. Both were essentially useless and could not definitively tell me the source of the leak. Daniel from Galaxy came out and instantly had a hunch that it was a shower pan leak and performed the necessary test to confirm his suspicions. He was very knowledgable and his enthusiasm were all indicators that he excels at his craft. Very highly recommended!
