I left a previous review on the initial install of my back lawn, rock border + two additional sprinklers, which looked great when they installed it, my lawn was doing good for a little while, but then I started getting dead spots so I let him know the sprinklers probably needed to be readjusted or fixed somehow (i don’t know anything about sprinklers) he said that they must have been messed with and insisted that was the case. now unless someone snuck into my yard in the middle of the night to mess my water pressure of my sprinklers up I have no idea how that could have happened lol. soon enough my whole lawn was dying and he never readjusted the sprinklers, weeds were growing in the rocks and cement cracks, my yard looked terrible. I was in communication very regularly with him expressing my concerns and what I expected my yard to look like, but there was never a solution to the issue. I have a lock on my gate to the backyard so I’m not too sure how they got in but I came home one day and it looked like they had been there and cut the grass. The sprinklers were still never readjusted so since then I have taken care of the lawn myself and it is slowly getting back to green. The initial install was great and the pricing was great as well, but the maintenance was nowhere near where i needed it to be, and now i’m stuck trying to save my lawn knowing absolutely nothing about this stuff.

Junior and his landscaping team are top tier. I highly recommend them because they are reliable, hard working and made our yard look amazing! We always get compliments on it when we have guests over.

I had an unfortunate experience with Junior. He seemed like a nice guy & was very professional. He came out & spent 30/45 minutes to talk about what I wanted done, any idea or advice from him on the project, the material needed & measurements. He said he would email me an estimate the next day but I never received his email. I texted him the same night he stopped by & asked if he could include in his estimate with & without the fence. I never got a response back. I waited a couple days for his email. I called him to see if he had sent the email or maybe I didn't get the email for some reason. I left a voice message & 3 days later still no communication from him. I'm sure my project was going to be in the range of $2000 to $3000 or more. I'm assuming business must be real good for him to ghost me. Junior could have told me during my first call he doesn't have the time so we didn't waste each other's. I'm happy that his business is thriving especially with today's economy & the price increases of everything.
