Double charged what was quoted, then lied about it and NEVER responded when called. Horrible!! Not normal.
AND their response below are ridiculous because I have tried contacting them several times. Each time i called or texted they refuse to talk to me. I just tried again at their place of business, but Jessica (owner) again refused to talk to me after her son got her on the phone. In fact, this time she started yelling at me and refused to listen for one minute to my complaint. They have my phone number and address, and I have recorded the original complaint and my effort to contact them. They have neem viciously disrespectful each time I have tried to reach out to them to resolve. I see a lot of the same type of complaint on other platforms. Wish I had never tried their service. UGG!

We had an extremely poor experience with this company managing our vacation rental cleaning and would strongly caution others before hiring them. Based on our experience, I genuinely do not understand how they are still in business. I went with them based on reviews and how politely Jessica responded. However that was clearly a different story once working with them. We worked with them from June 2025-August 2025.

From the first clean, they stated they were using the property as a “training opportunity,” which is not appropriate for a home they just took on as a company that is 5000 sq ft. Basic items were missed and they had to come back a 2nd time.

After the 2nd clean, we personally inspected the property and found serious issues. An entire bathroom was missed with urine still in the toilet and no toilet paper. There were fingerprints all over the microwave, a greasy and dirty air fryer left on the counter, hair in showers and in corners, residue on shower surfaces, and a couch pillow covered in hair. Shelves were dusty, window sills were not wiped, the grill was not cleaned, the coffee pot still had grounds in it, items were left in bathroom drawers, a bedsheet in one of the bedrooms was dirty and a washcloth left for guests was also dirty.

Restocking was inconsistent and incomplete. Kitchen items were not refilled including coffee, creamer, and tea. Olive oil was nearly empty, there were no dishwasher pods or trash bags for next guest. Supplies were left out in a way that looked disorganized and unprofessional.

They repeatedly failed to show up within their stated timeframes. I confirmed Hot tub service TWICE prior to guest arrival because I hadn't seen them come on the camera. They confirmed and STILL never showed. They also missed cleaning the grill again on a subsequent visit and left a pillow sitting on the front porch when guests arrived.

They explicitly stated they could handle same-day turnovers, which they could not. On the 1sst same-day turn, I messaged when I noticed on the cameras they still weren’t there by 12pm. They confirmed arrival between 1–2 PM, then had still not arrived by 2 PM. They did not show up until around 3 PM and arrived with only two people to clean, less than an hour before guest check-in. They then asked to push check-in to 5 PM, which is not acceptable. The cleaning was not completed until 5:18 PM.

The most serious issue occurred on a later clean when the home sat for three days without being cleaned. ONE cleaner came in the evening for an hour and left the front door unlocked overnight. When guests arrived, large portions of the home had not been cleaned at all, including the entire game room, MULTIPLE bathrooms (guests walked into a bathroom with poop stains in the toilet… such a nightmare!!). Both refrigerators and freezers were dirty, the grill was not cleaned, floors were dirty, and a box of trash was left inside the front door.
On this same clean, there were also biohazard-level issues. Bed sheets were not changed from the previous guests, and the current guests found hair and a SANITARY PAD STUCK TO THE BACK OF A PILLOW! Multiple bathrooms had hair, urine, and feces in or on the toilets. When I messaged the cleaning team they sent ONE person to address this, who stated (TO THE GUESTS) that he normally does lawn work but he was the only one available. This situation created a serious risk to our listing due to health and safety violations.

To top this off, when we requested linens be returned clean and organized for inventory, they brought back multiple garbage bags of unwashed/ stained linens and opened the front door and threw them inside and left. I watched it on camera as I was appalled.

Anyway, Jessica will probably try to respond to this giving some sort of excuse, but if you are looking for a cleaner for a vacation rental all I can say is beware.
