I had a severely leaking pressure regulator in the water line feeding my home. Needed repair FAST! I didn't have the time to take care of it myself, and if I did, who knows the outcome?

It's the worst people that you can get to come and help. They quoted one price and at the end they doubled the price. The first time it was only like 150 dollars higher of the quote he gave us. (We were new in town so we didn't know any better ) The second time it was way higher. I wanted to argue about the price because it was waaaay higher than what we were quoted... but my husband is a Marine veteran 100% disable due to PTSD and he just didn't want me to bother or argue and conformations are not good for him. When I had asked him why he did that, all he answerd it was because he could. My husband paid him and he left.

They were great. Fixed a lot for a great price. Then came back at no charge to fix a small leak. Very professional.

Oakhurst plumbing was quick to respond but did not disclose the total amount needed to do the job. They did mention that there was a labor charge of $124 but failed to inform us about the additional charges seen below. Since we were in a rush to clear the drain we end up using them and service was complete. But not disclosing the total amount needed prior to arriving at the job was uncalled for. We are a large contractor serving the Central Valley and use these types of services all the time, we will not be using them again. Most plumbing services that provide the same drain cleaning run approximately $100 to $150 for the procedure. $253 was uncalled for on a job done in 40 minutes. I suggest you make your prices more clear to your customers prior to driving out to the residents. Not good business

Over charged for clearing my septic with the rotory snake. Here less than an hour and charged a $68 service fee a $75 machine fee and $125 for any part of an hour labor. I used them because my regular plumber was unavailable but had no idea it would cost double .

Oakhurst plumbing & septic have always been a pleasure to deal with..from the first call and anytime after..theyre professional, courteous, and very efficient! I've dealt with them a couple times now and never have a complaint when I do! A++++

Dan and his apprentice were very good and they shared alot of information. They arrived on time as scheduled. We have used Oakhurst Plumbing in the past, and they far outway the other companies.

I have used Oakhurst Plumbing several times. They are professional from your first call in to the plumbers that come out. Scott came out today and took care of the broken pipe by the well. He also solved why it broke and went beyond his plumbing duty to make sure it didn't happen again. I’ve gone through Oakhurst Plumbing for the last five years. They’ve been to my house as soon as 15 minutes for an emergency. They are always honest about what is the most cost effective. They have helped me shop parts to save me the cost and only charged me labor. These guys have their customers best interest at heart. I had a backup, right around the holidays, and within 45 minutes they were here and unclogged it. I was stunned. There are still hard working honest guys out there.

Bobby is fantastic, pulled my septic lid and helped me figure out how things work. I was glad to get educated about my system. He is too notch and if I had a company would hire him in a minute.
