Baywide Service has done outstanding cleaning service for me everytime they come work on our house in Presidio Heights. They've cleaned all of our windows inside and out including skylights on our roof that require ladder access. Everything looked perfect when they were done! They also power washed our brick garden, outdoor furniture and wood decks so that everything looks fresh and beautiful after green moss was building up everywhere. They've exceeded my expectations everytime they come and they always go above and beyond throwing in extra work for no extra charge. They have great attention to detail. VERY good service for both window, skylight and solar panel cleaning. They took extra time to get to cobwebs and other things that they didn't really need to do. Workers are also very friendly and accomodating.

Baywide Services was awesome. Great customer service, transparent pricing. Let me know they were running a little late, took before and after photos and sent them promptly to me. Brian was available same day to discuss what he found and suggestions for future maintenance. All in all a really easy and professional team and business. I would not hesitate to use them again. This business was contacted for a free estimate along with other companies doing similar work. The crew showed up for an appt over an hour late. Inspected the site, took some photos, and promised to send a detailed work estimate along with the photos taken earlier at the site. Never received either. Followed up multiple times with Brittany and waited for weeks. Per co-owner's request, provided personal contact info including first and last name, phone, and e-mail. After weeks of back and forth still nothing. I do not recommend this business based on the experience I had.

There is no disconnect in our correspondence. What you sent me was a rough estimate, what I was talking about is a final estimate otherwise known as a formal proposal. You never sent me the final document. There is no reason to defer to Yelp or temp phone numbers, as I had provided my full phone number to your early on! I don’t know where you were sending photos, but they were not received on either device/platform, which tells me that you didn’t send them to me, as there is absolutely no reason at all why my phone wouldn’t accept pictures or any other media, especially since this was never the case before. The review says I had followed up with you multiple times regarding the final proposal and pics, which is correct so there is no need to twist my words! What you had also failed to note, is that I had called you multiple times (4-5) during the day of the appointment throughout the 1.5 hour wait for the team and you kept telling me each time that they are wrapping up. I understand delays, but there should also be a way to manage them and if the team is very late and they know that they will be, then the best thing is to do is to reschedule the appointment instead of having the customer wait outside in the cold weather for 1.5 hours. And btw, I never said “great”, “thanks,” and “that would be fine” to the excessive wait time and I don’t appreciate you making things up! What I did ask is when the team will be arriving and you kept giving me the same response, “they’re wrapping up”, “they should be done/arriving soon”. My claim of having followed up with you multiple times both via Yelp and via text messaging IS accurate; what is inaccurate is your portrayal of what happened! And what you should be concerned about is the fact that first and foremost, you keep misrepresenting the facts to cover up for dropping the ball on this project multiple times, that you dare to lie and say that I didn’t try to contact you directly, which I had done multiple times, for wasting over a month of my time and not even generating a final proposal or sending me the pics taken at the location, and finally having the nerve to scold me for leaving the review on your business page?! I want to make this crystal clear – I will leave the review wherever and whenever I deem it necessary and neither you, nor anyone else is going to dictate to me when or where to leave it! It doesn’t matter when I left it for your business or where, what matters is what has taken place, and it is my absolute right to express discontent with the way things went! I hate lies, so instead of this convoluted and skewed response, the best thing for you would have been to take the responsibility for the failure and the necessary steps to rectify it. What you have done, has made things much worse. If you didn’t want this project or your team was too busy, or whatever, what you should have done at the very beginning is to say you can’t do it and that would have been fine! You should have also sent me the pics, instead of wasting a ton of my time and not following through with anything that you had promised! But if you do make a promise, keep it! Don’t make excuses, twist facts around to suit your narrative, lie, try to cover up, shift the blame, attack the client, and present yourself as a victim! Because that’s not what happen and you, your team, and I know that full well!

Manny and his team are prompt, reliable and professional. They were much more reasonable than the other highly rated services. I’ve used them for both windows and gutters and give them the highest rating. I will continue using them in the future

Absolutely fantastic job at cleaning my windows! They were also able to squeeze me in last minute, because an other company bailed on me last minute.

As a new homeowner, I asked a friend for a referral and they recommend Baywide for my window cleaning and gutter cleaning - Manny, George and Eric were great!

They kept me informed on their arrival time via phone and text, were diligent in the window cleaning and checking on issues and asking me for feedback on where there might still be issues, and were diligent to wear shoe covers to keep my interior clean when they came inside the house to get to my glass balcony to clean it.

I plan on continuing to have them come to clean my windows in the future and I highly recommend Baywide to other homeowners.

The best! Our gutters and downspouts were really clogged, and spilling over the sides of our house. We got estimates from about 5 places, and decided to go with Baywide. Glad we did!

Communication with Brittany was a breeze, from discussing options to setting up a date. She offered a discount bundle if we also got our exterior windows cleaned, which we did need since it hadn’t been done in about 10 years. (You just don’t notice how dirty they slowly get over time.)

Manny and his crew came out that same week. They were on time and ready. I asked if they could clean our skylight and solar panels while they were up on the roof, and he said they could do that for just a little more. Manny clearly explained what they were doing through the whole process, offered tips on how to prevent build-up in the future, and showed me pictures of the gutters before (yuck!) and after (nice!). They did a thorough water test to make sure things were flowing smoothly when they were done. And our windows and skylight are now crystal clear.

TL;DR - Fast, effective, professional, friendly service, at a reasonable cost. What more could you ask for?

I can’t recommend this company enough! I just bought my very first home and had to get everything cleaned including the windows and roof. From start to finish, Brittany was incredibly responsive, informative, and so easy to work with. I had no idea how much I needed her services until I saw how clean my windows were. It’s crazy how much of a difference it makes, and now I can appreciate how clean windows bring so much light into my house now.

On top of that, they also offer roof tile cleaning, which I needed baad. Many insurance companies require homeowners to have their roofs washed to remove algae and I definitely needed that. But they made it look as good as new! Saved me so much money instead of buying a new roof.

I have used Baywide services for my home window cleaning for a few years. Every time, my windows are sparkling after they complete the job. This time I asked them to clean our solar panels AFTER they arrived. They added it in for a charge but on our steep roof, there is no way we could do it ourselves. They did a spectacular job (picture attached). Not only are their employees respectful, helpful and great at what they do, but the job is done in a timely manner. Besides being left with spotless windows (and solar panels) they wear slipper covers over their shoes and are very careful as they clean my inside windows. The office manager, Brittany, makes every effort to squeeze me in year after year no matter when I request my cleaning. Thank you Baywide

I needed my roof cleaned for insurance purposes and Baywide gave me a great quote to clean the roof, gutters, and solar panels. And they were able to fit me in right away and came over to perform the work 2 days later.

Manny explained the whole process before they started and did a great job cleaning everything. They were very thorough and took their time. They also took lots of pictures for me so I can submit them to my insurance. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend anyone to them for any cleaning needs.

I found Baywide services with one of the best reviews for cleaning service. Everything went super smoothly afterwards. Not only their price is very competitive, but also they provided such an amazing service. Brittany is very friendly, responsive, and trustworthy, helped me with the quote and appointment. Manny and his team, also very friendly, did the cleaning job very professionally. They even went beyond the contracted work, fixed some broken tiles and did some extra cleaning of the house outside for free. Now not only my roof but the whole house look new again!
