I needed some dirt to level my yard to put some grass. Found John's ad on craigslist for free dirt. We texted a few times, and even though we couldn't connect on some days, he delivered the dirt, free of charge on my schedule. Thank you, much appreciated!

John answered my text the same day, came by the house, provided a fair estimate, then came by the following day and fixed my sprinkler issues. I will definitely be recommending him to my neighbors.

John's crew did a great job. They removed half dozen large and medium sized agaves and all the pups. I'm Happy with their work.

I’m a civil engineer and was stumped by the best method to remove an acrylic sealer from a concrete patio. I did my research and tried a soy based gel stripper for the job. The soy gel did not work and damaged my patio. I ended up calling a professional and John’s concrete delivered. I had an initial call with them, shared the sealer product information and right away they did their due diligence and recommended another stripper option. They gave me the option to buy the material myself that way it saved me some money to spend on labor instead. The service was great, I highly recommend their services!!

I called John to repair my fence and quote for second opinion. He saw the pics and knew immediately what the issue was. I was doubtful without actually seeing the damage he quoted me; he knew the problems was with the nails. His price was reasonable, he completed it in timely manner and was responsive and answered the calls. I was impressed because many times we have to chase the maintenance person or they quote unreasonably very high. I was quoted 700$ and was told that I need to replace the wood. John said the wood was ok and he screwed it back.
