when our main line drain backed up and caused water to pool in our basement here in oakland, we reached out for help based on a neighbor’s suggestion. roman arrived within ten minutes and quickly started working on the problem. he not only cleared the blockage but also pointed out some other important plumbing issues that needed urgent attention, like several old, broken valves that hadn’t been maintained for years. roman explained everything clearly and showed real care for my grandmother’s safety. he came back the next morning right on time to replace all the necessary valves. the price was fair for the amount of plumbing work he did. we’re really grateful for his professional and reliable service.

We called Allen & Sons Plumbing to fix standing water in our shower and were greeted by a helpful and responsive receptionist who fit us in quickly. We were told a plumber would arrive later in the afternoon, but to our surprise, someone showed up in less than an hour! Roman was friendly and took the time to explain everything while working on our shower. The whole job was finished in about 20 minutes, and our shower was working perfectly again. Our first experience was fast, friendly, and easy. 10/10 would recommend to others!

I've called Allen & Sons Plumbing twice now. The first time, they came out to my rental in Oakland to reinstall a gas line that had been taken out for new flooring, and they also set up new water stop valves under the kitchen sink. The second time, they fixed a gas regulator in the attic at my own place. From the moment I called to book the job, they kept me updated about when the plumber would arrive, and they actually showed up the same day. Cory did a great job and the price was fair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for plumbing help.
