I was searching for a plumber in Oakland early one morning but couldn’t get anyone to come out before Monday unless i paid extra for emergency service. Since i had already cleaned up the water, started drying things out, and shut off the water to the leaking area, i didn’t think it was a true emergency—the main thing left was to find and fix the leak. I couldn’t spot the problem, so i figured it must be behind the wall. That’s when i decided to call for expert help. When i reached out, i had to leave a message for barry, but he got back to me fast. Even though he said he didn’t cover my area, he still took the time to talk with me and help me figure out the plumbing issue over the phone. He shared some really useful tips for tracking down and repairing leaks, which made everything a lot easier. Thanks to barry’s advice, i ended up fixing the leak myself before Monday. Now i just have to use a couple weekends to put in new flooring.
