I never ever give reviews but this guy made sure my ac unit ran smoothly and efficient with quick and great quality work basically above and beyond his duties. I would recommend this guy in a heartbeat.

They came on time and put in all the material for my air conditioner & heating system. They laid down cloths on the floor to keep the area clean and cleaned up when they were finished. They finished before the actual time they allotted to put in the system. Thank you!, Terry. Great job!

I called Oakley Heating and Air through a referral to see if they were able to take a look at our water heater. I spoke to Patricia and she was super sweet and helpful. She asked a couple questions and walked me through a couple things then suggested it would be best for them to come out. Terry came to the house to check it and turns out we needed a new water heater. Terry and his worker Ricardo were on it and came the next day to fix it. Both Terry and Ricardo were awesome and I highly recommend Oakley Heating and Air.

Terry was awesome. He was able to come out very quickly, assess the problems and made the necessary repairs. Now we are not freezing.

Terry is very knowledgeable about hvac and does a great job at an affordable price. He also offers other services where his team found and unclogged our dryer vent, most likely keeping us from a terrible fire. Amazing person that you can trust.

Where to start. These guys did great work for my cousin when he had to replace his air conditioner. So when my heater went out during this recent cold snap, they were my first call. Thank God.

I ended up doing a full AC and furnace replacement and also installed a whole house fan. And no, I wasn’t “talked” into anything. I knew this was coming. My previous system was 20+ years old and wildly inefficient.

I’d met Terry (the owner) in the summer when my air conditioner went out on a 100+ degree day. The issue turned out to be very minor. Terry had me up and running in about 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the call! I should point out that the first company I called out that day said my AC unit was completely shot and needed to be replaced! Turned out to be dirty connections on the fuses. If I could remember the name of the other company, I would definitely put them on blast, but it was Oakley Heating & Air to the rescue!

So when my heater went out they were my first and only call. I’ve told my friends and family about all the work I’ve had done this week and asked how much they thought it should cost. One person got within $4000. Everyone else was off by more than that!

I lost heat Saturday night, Terry came out to evaluate on Sunday, and Trevor and Ricardo (freaking rockstars!) had my house warmed back up by Monday afternoon. I’ve had other companies do work over the years and even the good ones leave a little bit of cleanup to do when they’re done. When Trevor and Ricardo were done, all I had to do was lock the door behind them. Like I said, rockstars.

If you have read this far, then you probably need some work done and are struggling trying to figure out who you can trust. Oakley Heating & Air is your answer. Doesn’t cost anything to tell them what you need/want. From there the work and the price will speak for themselves. I seriously can’t recommend Terry, Trevor, and Ricardo enough!

Terry and his team did a great job. He did our dryer vent cleaning, did an AC tuneup and checked our whole house fan. Timely responses, reasonable pricing and helped us put together a service plan going forward.

I called Terry on Friday and he came to see me same day. He did a diagnosis and advised on the issue was. Parts were ordered and prices were black and white. Terry came back on Monday and did the repair. He's a professional and polite, clean worker and advised he's been in the trade for a long long time.
