Newland construction has done a wonderful job installing counter tops, replacing drywall that was damaged from a floor and install a small door that would lead to the top of the elevator. I would highly recommend Newland construction to anyone.

I had an unfortunate flooding accident throughout the entire lower floor of our house. I called Ryan who came immediately, gave us a very reasonable quote and finished the job in an expeditious manner. Everything was top notch. We will use them again for future contracting jobs.

We have used Newland Construction on two of our preschool renovation projects. These jobs involved relocation of building walls, ceilings, major plumbing and electrical work. Ryan has a great workforce and was able to handle all aspects of the project, including working cohesively with my architect, the city and working to a very tight time frame, These projects involved working weekends, evenings and during school closures to bring the jobs in on time and at the agreed price.
I have worked with many contractor of all trades over the last decade, some good ones, lots of cowboys and unreliable’s. I can highly recommend Newland Construction as one of the good ones. I personally wouldn’t consider using any other contractor in the San Diego and Orange County Area.

My family had the privilege of finding an atypical contractor to guide us through what is notoriously a renovation nightmare, namely an extended kitchen remodel. Add the wrinkle of a mid-term pregnancy, and you can imagine the scenario.

Ryan and his team are arguably the most professional, talented and calm craftspeople you will find. From 3-D renderings allowing us to visualize the before and after product, to a shared execution plan providing us the confidence that the aggressive schedule could be accomplished (there was a baby shower date that was looming!), they proved quality does not have to be sacrificed if you have productively on your side.

A hiccup here and a hiccup there never bothered the team and they finished when they said they would with no sacrifice in a job well done.

Our family will not need to seek out any other contractor in the future - we will just call Ryan!

I’ve been remodeling homes for 10 years and Newland GC is the best general contractor I’ve ever worked with!! Finding a reliable contractor is difficult but they have integrity and excellence. I would recommend them to anyone (and I do).
