Do NOT even consider doing business with Keith Albano/ Solid Improvements inc. He is both dishonest, lacks the most basic of contacting skills and common sense. Keith stained almost 2000 square feet of concrete in our home, he did an incomprehensibly bad job. After grinding off the original sealer to prepare the floor, he failed to reseal the concrete before staining it! In addition, we paid for 2 colors of stain, he only used 1. Then he applied a very thin coat of top sealer to finish. The floor is cracking, peeling and coming off in chunks to reveal the damage that he did to the sab when he ground it... Literally HOLES from chunks that he ground out of the slab! This man's work ethics are nonexistent. When we tried to discuss our concerns with him he began yelling and then just never returned to finish the job. I realize that society has changed, there seems to be a lot more liars and thives, but listen to me when I tell you, " Keith Albano is not a man you want to to business with. He is a Liar and a thief with a serious personality issue and a very volatile temper". Before you even consider doing business with Keith, message me, come by our home and see the quality of work that he does. We took him to court , we won. Then he refused to pay the judgment, that is until I pointed out to him that he lied about us in court and that I was going to tell the people that he associated us with..... We had a check the next day :-).

In the middle of our job he just disappeared. I called and called Kieth for over a week with no returned call or message. When I finally reached him we set up a time to meet at our home, he was a no show, time after time NO SHOW. When he finally did show it was 10:pm , unannounced and he was drunk, abusive and threatening. Of course to hear him tell it , to the contractors board and to a judge, he's the victim. Man up Kieth! Oh yeah.... He lost.

Solid improvements is a fantastic company. I have worked with Keith for over 5 years on multiple projects ranging from retail to home improvement. He produces quality, timely work and keeps his job site clean and orderly. He is easy to reach and prides himself on great work. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a job done
